Mistakes happen, but it’s how a Company deals with those is how you rate their customer service, and I have to say that this Company has gone above and beyond to help me put this right!

I ordered a bespoke wellie rack through Amazon and stupidly used the measurements of the ‘standard’ one online not the bespoke one which they made for me. Hence when it arrived, it was too big for my space.

Without hesitation, the Company set about putting this right for me and asked for actual measurements of my room, together with a photo and then arranged for a collection and re-delivery of an altered rack.

I was kept fully updated at all stages at at no stage was I reminded this was entirely my fault!

I could not recommend these guys enough, and they saved my marriage! 😂😂😂

Hubby bought a lead rack from this retailer about 2 years ago as a surprise. It is personalised with "Yogi's Bits". Love it! Liz included a handwritten note mentioning her sister lives in our town next to Epping Forest. What a personal touch! Sorry it's taken me so long to write a review!

My husband is delighted with his gift of a Boot Remover. It is of excellent quality and is just 'pawfect'!

I was looking for that little something different for my daughter’s 16th birthday and wow did I find it. The rein and halter hooks are incredible a true master piece, and a bonus being personalised.
When I opened the box I literally gasped at the workmanship, it was so much more incredible than I imagined it would be and is going to look stunning.
The time in placing my order to receiving it was super fast, it was really well packed and had the most adorable card accompanying it. Their website is full of unique items of which I’m sure I will be returning to purchase more.

Needed a plaque for our new horse and after a lot of looking and seeing that the ones on the market aren’t amazing or made from cheap materials. When we then came across Chester & Cooke the quality was miles above. Now receiving the plaque we are even more impressed and for the price of it you can’t go wrong. The personal message telling us a little about her self and that she liked our horse name Enzo gave a real personal touch. This is the sort of quality you would receive from a major high end company but the personal experience you only receive when you can tell someone loves and has passion for what they do. Discovered this amazing site by chance - so glad we did. Very high quality stable nameplates which really stand out & make the finishing touch to stable doors, husband liked his so much we ordered another for our lovely instructor, who I know will be delighted.
