Like others, I have been a customer for several years without issue. However, I placed an order a few weeks ago and didn't receive it. They did respond to my first email, asking if I could send proof of payment - I already had, as this has been a standard request for years. So I re-sent and have received no reply to my follow up emails.
The parent company was registered as a new business 10 April 2026 (still trading as Chester Nootropics, which is perfectly legal) and this seems to coincide with the move to a scam. For those who have already lost money, you might be interested in their new details on companies house;

I was contacted on May 12th by the team, here's a brief AI summary of what they said:
"The company apologised for the delays, poor communication and frustration caused, acknowledged that their handling of the order did not meet expectations, and confirmed that order #03068 is now being processed and due to be dispatched tomorrow. They said they are improving their response processes to prevent similar issues happening again and asked me to consider updating my review once the order has been delivered and resolved satisfactorily."
This is just a brief summary. I do appreciate them finally getting in touch with me, they acknowledged that service and communication had faltered and apologised, which I can also appreciate.
As they mentioned, I received the dispatch email notification the very next day, and then the following day, the product arrived at my door, which is great. Same product i'm used to, same delivery time I enjoyed previously (once dispatched).
I've been a bit busy the past 2 days, which is why i'm only leaving this review now. I'm a fair guy, so I will gladly update this review. I'm only updating it to a 3 star review for now, because it was a month and a half late.
I will gladly update this review to a 5 star review if communication improves and my next orders go through and get delivered as easily as they used to.
Overall, i'm glad we could resolve this issue, and I thank the team for being professional when they did eventually get round to fixing it.
Here's to a hopefully smoother future, i'll be ordering again in the next few days.

Ordered at the beginning of April, was sent instructions for payment a day later.
I paid when they sent instructions, received no confirmation.
3 days passes, no delivery, so decide to contact and show proof of payment.
You cannot email them directly, they block all incoming emails. The only way to contact is via form on the website.
After contacting them, they told me that they have "reverted" the payment, and to pay again to get my order.
Out of principle, I waited 5-10 business days for this "reverted" payment before I paid again. The reverted payment never came back.
So a little bit more than two weeks since I ordered, received no product nor my money back.
I contacted them again, contacted multiple times to try to find out what was going on. At one point, I did receive a reply saying they are sorry for the inconvenience and they will get back to me within 1 day. They didn't.
Still waiting for a reply.
I even contacted them saying that I would put another order through (forgetting about the last order that I didn't receive) asking if I could just get some extra to make up for not receiving the product or reverted payment. Still no reply to this either.
It's been over a month now since I ordered, so I've gone somewhere else instead and I will not be ordering again.
I suggest that nobody buys from these guys again, unless you are happy with paying money to receive nothing and get ghosted.
It's a shame, I have bought from these guys before, used to be a semi-regular buyer, and up until now, everything had been smooth sailing.
Not sure if they're running an exit scam or whatever, but they don't seem interested anymore.
Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of other sources.
Will change my review if they decide to buck up their ideas and fix this broken customer relationship.
I have been a customer for years and up until a few months ago, I never had cause to complain. I ordered, paid, and then my goods were dispatched using Royal Mail Signed For the next day, and I received them the day after. They were trustworthy and reliable and fast.
Since October, they have suddenly become deceitful, untrustworthy and completely unreliable.
SINCE OCTOBER, I’VE PAID FOR 8 ORDERS THAT HAVE NEVER ARRIVED.
ONE AFTER ANOTHER.

I have complained and complained but they don’t ever respond.

To charge take payment for goods that a customer has not received is FRAUD.
My bank advised me today to report them to the police for investigation.
They have refused to replace or refund 8 orders over the last 7 months and so I took my bank’s advice and went to the police. The police were amazing and assured me their fraudulent business dealings would definitely be investigated
I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE WHO HAS LOST THEIR MONEY TO THESE FRAUDSTERS TO DO THE SAME.

The company has stolen my money twice. My fault for not learning the first time. I’ve lost £150 with them. No emails no contact, nothing. Just a website set up to request payment. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Huge risk buying from this site. Beware of fake reviews below.
Solid service, reliable. It's legit. As of 2026 comes next day when you order in UK. Repeat customer.
It’s been over a month and I’ve still not received my order or a refund, nor have they communicated anything with me. They’ve certainly lost me as a customer now.
I’ve sent countless emails and they’ve ignored it. I’ve seen they’ve responded to others below but continue to mistreat customers.
I have spent £1000's with this business as Liverpool, then Manchester and now chester nootropics.
Last week I placed an order for over £100, received an email the next day (Thursday) confirming it had been posted. I paid for 1-2 delivery service via royal mail so when nothing arrived by Saturday I emailed to ask for a tracking number so I could follow up with Royalmail.
It's now wednesday and despite me sending more than a few follow up emails I have received no reply. Furthermore I have now received a bounceback from their email address.
Angry would be an understatement

Product delayed and they fail to reply every time I contact them. Always received a prompt response from former companies, Manchester/Liverpool nootropics. Ready to take my regular custom elsewhere.

I have been ordering from Chester nootropics (and the previous named ones) for several years now. Delivery is always very fast (often the next day). Sometimes you will get an email confirming the order, sometimes you won't, but it doesn't make a difference to the order being processed.

Awful service from them. Takes weeks to get an order if you're lucky, and all they do is ignore all emails. Myself and my friend waited weeks when they had the different website. And I haven't had any order or a reply from their new one. Needless to say I won't be using them ever ever again . I would like a full refund with postage costs. They will send payment details, then you pay and they email to say they didn’t get the money. Then they stop responding. There is literally no way to contact them. Says on their website “ Friendly, Responsive Support” with literally no email address or contact information provided on the site
