I get the strong feeling that the good reviews for this company on here are FAKE!
This is the problem with trust pilot, they don’t check well enough we’re the reviews actually come from.
I also get the strong feeling this is yet another scam site who send you terrible, shoddy undersized clothes and then have absolutely no intention to let you return them and get a full refund!
I would avoid this company completely!
Don’t be fooled!

They are the absolute worst to deal with the photos of the dress looked totally different to what was advertised so I returned the items over a month ago & they still say they haven’t received them absolutely disgraceful. I did the right things & returned the items within the time frame requested & they are still insisting they have not received them!!! Please do yourself a favour & DO NOT purchase from them

Never received my order can't get in touch with anyone...$91.00 gone.These people are a ripoff

Ordered boots from this company almost 2 months ago. They provided me with a tracking number that "cant be found". Never received item. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

On August 26, 2019 I ordered a dress from Chicloth although I was a little hesitant, after reading reviews on Trustpilot I gave it a shot. When I placed the order, I attached a email requesting the dress not be sent if it would not be here by September 15,2019. I have yet to hear from them and the website is no longer available as of September 11, 2019!!! If anyone has contact information please share because I need my money back!!!

I will admit, I had a good feeling about Chicloth in the beginning. Some questions around sizing and had wonderful communication to ensure everything was correct. They informed me of a delay in shipping as they were waiting for all pieces to come together before shipment. Even informed me of the date on which I was to receive my order. I was optimistic and excited to get my package.
I was already a little leary when the delivery man handed me the parcel and it was super light.
I had ordered a bandage dress and since I own a couple already, I knew the package should have been much heavier than it was. First red flag.
When I opened the parcel, my excitement turned to disappointment.
What was supposed to be a bandage dress was something made of cheap flimsy fabric and looked nothing like the dress I thought I was getting. I didn't even bother trying it on. I held it up and could see immediately the terrible quality of it.
Onto the 3 swim suits I ordered. Once again, I didn't even have to try them on to recognize the cheap quality of the pieces.
So disappointed!
Now to see if there is any way of getting my money back......

Chicloth provides great customer service. They are super responsive and have have accurate and on time shipping. Would recommend!!

One of two swimsuits I ordered from Chicloth fit very well and looked nice, just like the picture. Although the other one was not what I wanted, Chicloth made sure I received a full refund for it.

Deceptive advertising and pictures: The dress I ordered and the dress that was sent to me were not the same at all. The color I ordered was apricot and the color sent to me was beige. Different, texture of the dress, flimsy material, no return label. The product was excessively cheaply made and thin. My disappointment was real. Keep in mind that Chinese women are a lot smaller than American women and that pictures are extremely deceiving. I wouldn't purchase anything from this Chicloth Chinese Company again. Huge hassle!
