I’m at my wits end with this company do not buy.
I’m at my wits end with this company I received a dress that I waited 5-6 weeks for when it arrived it was marked 18 which I ordered but measured a size 12 I would call this faulty goods. Well I have been messaging then since the 15/05 I have been told to give it away as a present or sell it to a friend noooo I want my money back I need it for my sons wedding it was £56 which is a lot of money to a pensioner they have in one of the other emails to send it back but will not refund me for postage which is £16 but when you read their returns policy they say they would with faulty or damaged goods which my dress is. I have just received another message which is the same as the first one I received so I have gone around in a circle please someone help me 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

CHICLOTH - HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER -I ordered a dress over a month ago - paid for it in full - and the dress is being sent all over the address. I live in Portland and the dress was delivered to New York. The unfortunate part is Chicloth took my credit card address city and state and fused it with the to deliver address and I have been in communication with them daily and they keep saying its in transit. USPS says I am receiver - I can't change or modify the address to get it corrected. Chicloth providing me more to dos at USPS - a month later I still dont have the dress - its in New York - and instead of them stating they are sorry and resending they dress - they told me its at the facility - go pick it up....WELL DRIVING ACROSS THE UNITED STATES IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS...Im NOT HAPPY AND THEY HAVENT RECTIFIED THE SITUATION SO IM WRITING THE REVIEW BECAUSE THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE AND DUMB.

I bought a dress from here. The dress was very different than what was pictured: much longer, the sleeves were baggy, and the material was like Halloween costume material. This product was misrepresented online. Oh well, lesson learned. I will not shop here again nor will I recommend this company to others.
