I received a skirt that looked really defective. I wanted to exchange it. I never heard back from customer service. I tried the chat message,was only given an email. I sent 2 emails requesting a response. No response. Stuck with a very ugly skirt. The zipper is sitting on top of the skirt.
Don't give refunds or respond its theft!!!
I will continue to give reviews of this scamming company that have products I returned from UK 2 dresses, chased me for tracking number costing me £20! They are not following consumer laws, do not show the return address as USA. If you order 5 items will cost £50 to return!!!! What a joke AND they refuse to refund as stating I missed the 7 day deadline so I have lost £60!!!! Avoid avoid avoid. Reputable companies like ASOS don't charge & follow consumers laws.....disgusting customer service its theft

I ordered from Chic me on 22nd Sept, the items arrived on the 11th Oct, total £143.17 after “discount”. All of the items are very cheap, poor quality, nothing like pictures advertised, badly tailored and awful. I contacted Chic me to advise return and get instructions , it took them days and several back and forth emails to give me the address, a stalling tactic.
They finally gave me the address on the 19th Oct, asking for tracking details once sent. I sent them the tracking details once I had booked it and advised it would be collected the next day, I sent all of the confirmation details to them.
They replied before the parcel was collected from me and asked for tracking which I gave them.
To return these items to the USA from the U.K. Royal Mail was charging £100. Before when I ordered from them the warehouse was in the UK and this was in July this year and now it is in the USA. I believe this is another tactic they use to put you off returning the items due to cost. I returned the items with FedEx which cost £46.
They emailed me this morning, 3 days after they knew it was being collected 2 ago. First emailed asked for tracking details again, which I sent and also the weight, I sent this. Second email asked for screenshot of message that they gave me address I. I sent that. Then they sent me a message saying sorry they can’t refund me my money because I sent the package back after 7 days of them giving me the address. AT NO POINT WAS IT SAID OR DOES IT STATE ON THE WEBSITE I NEED TO RETURN IN 7 days after address is given.
Chic me waited for me to confirm the package was on its way to them on purpose so that they could receive the goods and then not refund me my money, this is the biggest scam and they should not be able to trade and continue to steal peoples money.
So I have been scammed twice by this company; The first scam was the fact that the clothes are total rubbish and do not look like the pictures, cheap. The second scan was them waiting until I sent the clothes back only to tell me that they’re not going to refund me my money, making up a fake term that was never said before the item was sent.
Their aim is to get back their crap merchandise, keep your refund and then sell the same crappy clothes to another poor customer, and repeat.
I’ve filed a complaint with the governing body of California against Chic me Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Company | State of California - Department of Justice - Office of the Attorney General
Chic Me, I will not rest until I get my refund, social media; Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, tick-tock, YouTube, the review sites and everywhere else I will make as many people know not to go anywhere near your “company”, which should be called “Scam Me” instead of “Chic me”, there is nothing chic about your clothes and/or business activities.
I think trustpilot and other review sites are great to get your story out there about these thieving scam artist who call themselves a retailer; but I think that we should all fire complaints against them with the government which would be more affective.

Please DO NOT use this company!! Delivery took forever , clothes are poor quality, see through and just don’t fit properly. Even though their website states they will be happy to refund......as it stands I’v already sent 18emails requesting the refund and Iv been ignored, fobbed off and still haven’t got anywhere. I will not give up on getting my money back but save yourself the hassle and don’t use this company.

I bought 4 bras I ordered a size 3x thy sent 1,3 x & sent me 3,2x I tried on 3x it tore up soon as I pulled up the straps very cheap material & the sewing is so cheap 1 stitch not sturdy at all I will nvr order frm this place again waisted $50

Ich bestellte Schutzmasken. Die sind absolut unbrauchbar und obwohl nicht billig, nur für den Abfall. Obwohl ich der Firma geschrieben habe, dass sie Ramsch verkauften und ich bitte sie mich von ihrer Maillingliste zu entfernen, da ich bestimmt nicht mehr bei einer solchen Firma zu bestellen, werde ich von ihrer Newsletter überhäuft. Sie bestätigen mir zwar, dass meine E-Mail Adresse innert 3 Tagen gelöscht wird, aber das sagen sie seit 1 Wochen schon. Nie wieder Chicmetoday

The companies are Clothmyths, Joyshoeboutique, Coolvava, Ellebabe, Chicme, Chickmetoday Lvrose, Boutiquefeel, BelleWholeSale, Pickmyboutique and Qianber. I have reported the computer spamming reviews to Trustpilot but they don't erase the reviews so stay away from these companies!
