Received wrong item
I ordered the starter pack and it advertised a black and white shaker, when it arrived I got a yellow shaker, spoke to support and they said they just send whatever they want and if I wanted a refund I'd have to package and send the shaker and sample packs back.
Really ridiculous.

Took nearly 3 weeks to get my order, appears they lost it or something, then when I contacted customer service they were out of stock so I had to wait even longer. Shame cos the drink itself is really nice

Never dispatched
Ordered the starter pack almost 2 weeks ago and never received a dispatch email. After multiple emails with customer service & raising concerns with their warehouse(which is apparently where the problems are) I’ve had to request a refund. Disgusting when you’re paying so much for shipping and the website states they guarantee a next day dispatch(or same day if ordered before 1pm).
