Their customer service is spot on. We had an issue with the foot massager and the company sent a quick replacement when the fault was found. No questions asked.

We had a fault with the Solemate foot massager and the response from Chill was exemplary.
They answered emails within hours, were helpful, concerned and in a replacement was received within 2 days of confirmation of the fault.
For me this indicates complete faith in their product and genuine concern for their customers.

I contacted their customer support, and they immediately honored the discount and refunded the difference. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare these days and very much appreciated.

I received the foot massager 3 days ago and I truly love it. The quality is excellent, and it provides a very relaxing and effective massage. We initially bought the footstool which has gone down amazing well both with family and guests. At Christmas we had friends queuing to take a turn. We then decided we need to also get the chair. There were a few delays but we were kept very well informed. Customer service is excellent. The Chair arrived last week and is equally excellent - these are exceptional products

It was a big treat to myself and worth every penny as it makes me stop and take time for myself. Super impressed with everything.

I absolutely love my Chill Chair. I recently went fully remote and decided to invest in something I’d be sitting in all day, and it was completely worth it. The chair is comfortable and durable. But the massage feature is unbelievable. I honestly cannot believe how strong and effective it is. Best upgrade I’ve made to my home office.

I bought the sole mate for exactly as they advertised, all the others look terrible and you have to hide away when not using or cables everywhere.
My partner made fun of me for ordering a foot massage as I’m barely 40! Guess who uses it way more than I do??
I was worried that not being plugged into a wall would mean no where near enough strength to actually work. I was wrong. The battery lasts way longer than I expected and I love the air cushions when they squeeze your feet.
We had a small issue with it when it first arrived but Customer Service (Angel and Rey) could not have responded quicker with some quick fix options and resolved the issues almost immediately. Customer Service has been lost in so many companies over the years, but I would put these guys up there with the best.

The Sole Mate is clearly a high-quality, well-designed, and very powerful product. It just wasn’t the right fit for me personally. That put me in a position to test something most people never think about until they need it: their return policy.

And they absolutely stand behind it.

Customer service was responsive, kind, and professional from the start. There was no pushback, no friction, and no attempt to make the process difficult. They paid shipping both ways, provided clear instructions, and processed my refund immediately once FedEx confirmed pickup.

That level of trust and efficiency is rare.

While the product itself wasn’t a match for my preferences, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family. If you like intense foot massages, this is for YOU.
