I had a few issues with my toenails which I had left for a long time, hoping they would sort themselves out, however, due to discomfort wearing shoes, I decided to get them sorted.
Elizabeth was very friendly and professional. she clearly explained what she was doing and was able to treat my nails in one session to leave them completely pain-free. I would definitely recommend them.

I have a fungal toenail infection that’s come back after various treatments and now likely will need to be removed. Funmi has done everything to save the nail for me and I’m scared of any medical procedures but this clinic is so lovely it’ll be like going to visit friends. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Wonderful receptionist who’s so down to earth and makes you feel at ease. Couldn’t recommend them enough :)

First time I've been to sort out my toe nails. It's been about 7 years since some one has seen my feet. I just cannot wear sandals because of my toe nails. Four of my nails are unsightly, thick and brittle.
I had seen Elizabeth, she is such a delight. So easy to get along with, we had a few laughs, which was so nice considering I was so nervous to show someone my feet for the first time in years. She was lovely but also professional. Elizabeth suggested filing down my nails and suggested an ointment to put on everyday. It's been 11 days now. Obviously cannot expect a miracle to happen. But the nails look a lot better after being filed down (I mean I still won't show them to anyone, but I'm hoping by the summer I will be able to!)

We had our first experience at a foot doctor last year where my daughter needed a toe nail surgery. The Chiltern Wellbeing Team provided an outstanding service and client care; very efficient, accomodating and friendly. Funmi and Ayan were great at putting my daughter at ease and were truly professional about assessing her needs and providing treatment. They were experienced, thorough, caring and spent a lot of time explaining everything in great detail.

Helen, together with the other lovely receptionists, were always pleasant and cheerful ready to welcome and assist with any queries. We definitely and highly recommend Chiltern Wellbeing Clinic for any foot/ankle issues. Thank you Funmi, Ayan, Helen and team for making my daughter's experience less daunting into a much more manageable one.

Very friendly staff, evening receptionist was very welcoming and Simran was very professional and clear when explaining the treatment I needed. I recommend.

I highly recommend this place if anyone has any issues in regards to their feet and ankle. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I was booked with Simran who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issues of my feet. Simran and other staffs were very disability friendly which is often the most challenging issue I have when visiting medical sectors. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service and will be visiting again for my next appointment in 1-2 months :)

I would highly recommend this clinic. My 14year old son had ingrown toenails on both of his big toes. Simran was amazing with him, her calm manner put him at ease and she talked him though every stage of the procedure. She made sure his toes were fully numb before starting the procedure. He didn't feel a thing (and he actually opened his eyes and watch the 2nd toe being done!).
Cheeky I know, but we asked to keep the "body parts" and my son now has them in a small jar as a souvenir lol!
The premises are super-clean and the receptionist was very welcoming and professional. I'm so glad I chose to bring him here.

Excellent from start to finish - all the lovely staff were very professional and welcoming and friendly and put me immediately at my ease. The podiatrist was so knowledgeable and kind and thorough -I would recommend 100%.

Very sympathetic and good receptionist and treatment was pain free and excellent.

Friendly and professional team, and caring. I had custome-made insoles created using a new 3D technology for measurements. The insoles need some adjustments which will be reviewed next week by a podiatrist.
