Please have an option for zero stars, you scammers!

Company says the package has been delivered when it’s not. The status got updated around 2am in the night?! Wtf seriously?? Can’t be a bigger scam.
I literally have to write of my own on their stupid link that it is a false information.

I ordered my package on March 9th it was supposed to be here by the 20th it has still yet to arrive I will never use this service again China Post is the worst service how would they still in service I don't know but I will be calling the better Business bureau and making a complaint. You can't even call them because it's an international call they don't answer any emails I am going to call my bank and get my money back that is how dissatisfied I am with this company this is a horrible horrible company

Scam company! fake tracking, fake courriers, fake delivery, all is fake!

Degrading company, my order says it was delivered without having been delivered.
I have been at home the whole time and no one delivered anything, no one rang the doorbell, nor was anything left in the building.
First and last order I placed through this company.
They don't even have a decent tracking number, because the one they have doesn't allow you to track any carrier

My relatives went to a local China post storefront in China (!) to send a parcel to me in Australia. They filled out the information including the recipient (me) correctly and provided the information to the China Post store clerk. Some reason, China Post has an outdated system where they manually type everything in from the form to the machine and did not provide my relatives a chance to check the information. When the parcel came to me, it was under a completely different and random persons name but with my address. Of course any sane person would not take it as the information provided was incorrect. The parcel has been returned to the sender address and we have tried to lodge customer support with the China Post team. They have not provided any support so far and left our issue stale.

Would not recommend this postal service, they are outdated, prone to human error and there customer support is non-existent.

Don’t even want to give a 1 star it’s a joke if I am honest wanted Christmas pjs for me and my partner. My unborn baby, how ever I spent £35 on pjs for them to take a month to come, when it says it’s been delivered it really hasn’t, I have locked everywhere so hard to get in touch with won’t even give me a refund…. Marked the item as delivered but no delivery has show up. It’s been 27 days. Absolute joke. Customer service also no help as they just ignore your emails and will not supply uk tracking number or give you any information on who the parcel was handed over to in the uk. Total scam and should be ashamed of themselves

Dicen que entregaron mi paquete y jamás recibí nada. Es increíble como en México las paqueterías como j+t expréss , mailsmericas, quality Post y estos de china post. Si dejar de lado el pésimo servicio de servicio postal mexicano pueden competir a ver quién es más malo y más rata.

Colis livré et signé mais jamais reçu cela fait 1 mois que j’attends et je le cherche. J’ai fait tout les transporteurs de ma région et toujours rien, une honte et une belle arnaque.

Very bad job , this company are giving tracking numbers to cheaters , so the cheaters giving customers which they cheat to make him waiting one month for delivery.
Then the track number was to anther customer.

Colis arrivé (soi disant) dans ma ville mais jamais chez moi ni aucun de mes voisins. Ils ont pourtant une signature ("oh my god" = la signature). Je n'ai plus qu'à aller sonner au 260 000 portes de ma ville puisque personne ne va m'aider pour mon colis!

Au niveau du tracking, il semble y avoir des incohérences.
150€ de perdu ...

Colis non reçu pourtant marqué livré, aucun nom de transporteur, aucun numéro a contacter en France.

i think they are scammers for other web sites i sent for a watch said was out for delivery on the 18th april then it said delivered on the 20th of april never arrived cant find how to message them direct will never buy online again so be very careful when buying on market place as they are all sent through china post i wouldent evan give them 1 star if i had my way

Un "e-packet" LV984097677CN qui devait arriver sous 15 jours ouvrables depuis la commande le 1 avril 2023, mais qui est bloqué en transit depuis le 14 avril sans aucune information, le pire c'est le coût encaissé de 17€ pour cet envoi. Le concurrent cairaio est laaargement plus rapide et respectueux des engagements
