Communication was amazing and everything was a smooth transition. The product turn out amazing as well!

We have just printed our first book with China Printing 4U, a 400 page graphic novel; the experience has been more than satisfactory. We got multiple samples along the way, and the sales rep (Ellen) was very kind and always available. The quality of the book, both printing and binding is great, completely profesional. We are starting to discuss our second project with them. No doubt all our future books will be with them.

Working with Fanny is always an absolute breeze. She has attention to detail that I really appreciate and perhaps best of all she provides photo and video of any proof copies that she’s made for me to confirm before mass production. My experience with China Printing 4u was exceptional. It was the first time that I used a printer in Asia and I was entering in new territory. But right from the start with clear and precise estimates - I knew I was on the right track. The communication was detailed and never left me with any doubts whatsoever. The mockup proof they provided (what service!) was remarkable and the two small adjustments we asked for was fully met. In the end, the books were immaculate and lo and behold, they even arrived a bit early - with zero shipping or customs issues. (Thank you Fanny for the stellar service). I will definitely work with this printer again. For anyone considering China Printing 4u as a supplier - do not hesitate!

Overall a very positive experience printing my first children's book with China Printing 4 U. I was patiently walked through every step, from day 1 where I was simply getting information on how to begin publishing, to over a year later where I actually have my books now printed in excellent book form. Jolin was patient throughout the many questions I asked and was very prompt in replying to all of my enquiries.
If I were to nitpick one thing, delivery was delayed by about a month (which can naturally happen when shipping from overseas in large quantities).
Other than that the service was excellent and I would definitely do business with them in the future!

I have now had two print runs for both of my books. Quality of the colour printing has been excellent throughout. Service has been prompt and dealing with Lina has been easy with quick and accurate responses to questions. Excellent service.

This was my first business where I was actually dealing in products and inventory. I was nervous trying to find the right supplier because as a perfectionist I have to make sure it satisfies me before I can offer it to my customers. After a thorough research I came across China Printing 4 U. And I am telling you how l satisfied I was dealing with them. Though we communicated through email yet their responses were fast and always helpful, easy to understand and helped me negate all my questions and doubts. They also provided me with the sample videos before starting the batch production for the journals. Then provided me videos after the production was completed. Their prices were very reasonable too amongst many others I talked to. And finally I received my shipment. It was as perfect as I wanted. I was very satisfied and happy with the production quality. It sounds like a fake review but I am telling you there customer service and the service both were exceptionally excellent. Once I sell out my first batch, I would definitely give them a bigger order.
