The quality

The dress I got from here was really nice quality!!! I was afraid the shipping would be delayed or late since I did standard shipping but it came the exact date, it was supposed to come! If you have inquiries they respond really quick which I really like that! Overall, satisfied clothing + shipping ^^<3

Difficult to get refund

I placed an order on Nov 30. I received the order on 12/24 because it was initially back ordered. I only found out when I emailed them when I noticed they still didn't ship my order after a while. The quality of the item was good when I finally got it. It wasn't flattering so I wanted to return it. Returning it was a big hassle. Their website did not work so I had to email them to create the return. I emailed them for days before only hearing back after I filed a dispute. The item was promptly returned. They kept trying to prolong the case by offering a resolution on the dispute hoping that I wouldn't respond in time so the case would be closed. They did this twice but never followed through with the refund until I said I'd file a dispute through my credit card if necessary. I initially didn't get much response to emails I sent when I wanted to initiate a return until I opened a case against them.

In this case, a PayPal dispute was opened, which caused the funds to be temporarily held by PayPal. At the same time, the item was returned through our system rather than directly within the PayPal case flow. This overlap unfortunately led to a processing mix-up and delayed the refund.

We would like to confirm that the refund has now been fully processed. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and the delay, and we are reviewing our internal procedures to prevent similar situations in the future.

I bought the brown version of 1JINN STUDIO's balloon pants while I was in a mall in ChengDu and really wanted another pair in black. So glad I found them for a good price, other sellers were way too expensive.

Good experience, quick shipment

I had a nice experience communicating with the business, they responded very quickly when I first reached out. I placed my order on October 1st and received it in the Netherlands on October 16th. The shipment came from China and was delivered quite quickly. Would buy again!

Stock issues and shipping delays

The company had various stock issues, shipping delays, and the communication was rather impersonal. I believe the item will eventually be delivered (hence the 2-star rating), but I will be cautious of purchasing from them again.

No tracking after 10 days

The company has still not shipped the order after 10 days. I have emailed the company with no response. Judging from previous reviews I am reading here now, I should not have ordered this. Other buyers also seem to have not received their orders within a reasonable time, and with poor updates/information.

My packages was never delivered

My packages was never delivered. A USPS tracking number was generated. But the tracking history never got updated, the package was never even made it to the USPS center.

False estimated delivery, no contact on updates

i bought two items, not shipping until i reach out, bc one item is not in stock. one month after estimated delivery date, i got one item. waiting another three weeks, no contacts on the other item until i reach out again, and i got a refund bc the item is not in stock. if i didn’t ask, they would have kept my money and act like they were still waiting for the item to get in stock
