Difficult to get refund
I placed an order on Nov 30. I received the order on 12/24 because it was initially back ordered. I only found out when I emailed them when I noticed they still didn't ship my order after a while. The quality of the item was good when I finally got it. It wasn't flattering so I wanted to return it. Returning it was a big hassle. Their website did not work so I had to email them to create the return. I emailed them for days before only hearing back after I filed a dispute. The item was promptly returned. They kept trying to prolong the case by offering a resolution on the dispute hoping that I wouldn't respond in time so the case would be closed. They did this twice but never followed through with the refund until I said I'd file a dispute through my credit card if necessary. I initially didn't get much response to emails I sent when I wanted to initiate a return until I opened a case against them.

The company has still not shipped the order after 10 days. I have emailed the company with no response. Judging from previous reviews I am reading here now, I should not have ordered this. Other buyers also seem to have not received their orders within a reasonable time, and with poor updates/information.

My packages was never delivered. A USPS tracking number was generated. But the tracking history never got updated, the package was never even made it to the USPS center.

False estimated delivery, no contact on updates
i bought two items, not shipping until i reach out, bc one item is not in stock. one month after estimated delivery date, i got one item. waiting another three weeks, no contacts on the other item until i reach out again, and i got a refund bc the item is not in stock. if i didn’t ask, they would have kept my money and act like they were still waiting for the item to get in stock
