Collaborating with a fraudulent casino site
Yesterday I found a casino referral link on this site. I got the free spins and I redeemed them but I didn't get my real balance paid out. A casino shouldn't do this to ask me for money for verification purposes so I can withdraw my money. I feel like there are some scam casino promotion sites here. They scam money but you can't get the payout when I used the bonus. I had to wager $1000. I did that and they credited my casino withdrawal account with $100 but I can't withdraw because they want to scam me

Feedback on Resolution of My Recent Issue
Dear Chirpy Team,
It is with a mixture of appreciation and disappointment that I write this. After sending two separate emails without so much as an acknowledgment, it was only when I resorted to making my grievance public on Trustpilot, where the world could see, that I finally received a response and subsequent resolution.
While I am grateful that my issue was ultimately addressed, and although I cannot profess to fully understand the logistical cause behind it, I am left unsettled by the fact that it took such drastic measures for any action to be taken. In essence, my experience has been something of an oxymoron: the resolution was welcome, yet the path to achieving it was unnecessarily circuitous and frustrating.
I would strongly suggest that your client service ethics and responsiveness be refined, so that no future customer is forced into public escalation before receiving assistance. Resolving matters promptly and directly should not require external pressure.
Thank you once again for resolving my concern, but I do hope my feedback is taken as constructive guidance for improvement.
