I bought two, and they did not help my knees. I reached out for a refund and I have gotten no response. I do not recommend unless you have money to blow.
Update 8/27. Recently heard from ChiroTech will update once resolved.

They advertise a 90 day refund and offer no way to return the Kneefix if you are not happy with it! It does nothing for my knees and I want to return it but they won't offer a return. This is a scam

I saw a video presenting this item and was sold immediately I ordered and have use as instructed all week I must say i am intrigued at the results as i'm walking pain free, Thank you for this innovation keep up the good work

I have bone on bone arthritis on the inside of my right knee. Neither gel shots nor cortisone shots gave me any relief. I even tried accupuncture with very little relief. Due to this, I get sore when grocery shopping and have to stop and rest my leg.

I ordered the Kneefix because it had a money back guarantee. Nothing to lose. I couldn't believe the relief it gave me in just a couple of days of using it twice a day. I have had it for almost 3 months and now only use it every other day, sometimes more often if my knee is sore. I can now park at the back of the Costco parking lot and walk around shopping at a normal pace. My knee no longer hurts, I don't need to stop and rest, and my wife is asking me to slow down. I don't believe this will re-generate the missing cartilage in my knee, but maybe it will delay knee replacement until there are better options.

it really works I have excruciating pain on my left knee for a long time. The advertisement promised a lot and I thought "Well if it only does half of what they clam, I'm happy". Let me tell you, this thing is amazing as they says it is. I can honestly say that my knee pain is gone after only 1 month. And it was 70% reduced after like the first use. Highly recommend it!

I have had knee problems for almost 50 years. I've tried many things, other than surgery. I ordered this and kept my fingers crossed! I charged it up minutes later, my knee felt better. Puhen it came and put it on my L knee. 10 t it on the R knee. Same thing. I'm still in my first week of using it but i am walking up and down the step like normal people do now.I can't see me NOT using this great device. I knew from previous experience that red light therapy worked. And add the laser! Great. The heat and vibration all play a part. Give it a try!

I was so skeptical but it works! Had excruciating pain in the knee on a daily basis. I’ve had knee problems since I was teen. After using the first time I noticed I felt a lot better. Now after using it 2 weeks at least once a day it’s a massive difference. I’m able to walk to the park and through the store and anywhere else I want with very little discomfort. Two weeks ago walking through the store for 20 min put me out on my butt for the rest of the day. It’s getting better and better every day and the only change I’ve made is this machine. I am so amazed how wondeful this device works. I know that I have bone on bone in my knees but do not want to have knee surgery. I've been using this product since April and even took it with me on vacation. What a life saver. I'm literally almost pain free. Recently, it broke because I dropped it. it would not hold the charge. I decided to try to contact the company instead of purchasing a new one. I was contacted right away and they sent me a free unit. In this day and age, it great to find a company who going to honor their product. I will certainly buy from this company again.

I know there's a lot of online products that deserve skepticism, but these knee massagers really are doing wonders for me. I've got two knees with stage 4 chondromalasia, and since both knees hurt at times, I thought I would order two at once because it's no risk, if you feel that they don't work, they can be returned within a given amount of time for a refund. My knees have been bad forever, when I was in my twenties I was in a car accident and both knees went into the dash, and then I spent 20 years as a professional ski instructor on three continents and in two hemispheres. I can't say that I've been impressed with friends knee replacements, so I wanted to try a different route. I had PRP injections in both knees, I've been doing ongoing strengthening exercises, and taking

supplements, in addition to the chirotech knee massagers. So I can't say it was only one thing that made such a huge difference, but I will say that if my knees are feeling achy at all, I'll put the knee massagers on and then they feel good after about two cycles. If I've been in a hurry I've even put them on while I was driving, they don't
interfere with driving at all. The customer service was unmatched, one of my massagers stopped charging after about 50 days, and they sent me a replacement right away. I'm so impressed with this company!!!!!
