Completely unresponsive customer service. Email about a return remained unanswered. This vendor is a scam.

I ordered 2 linen shirts in size medium (the shirts run small) and they turned out to be a little tight so I wanted to make a return for a larger size. I followed their return instructions, emailed them, requested a return, and provided the information they required since they do not provide a return address until they review and approve your return request. They have a 2 week return policy and I have been waiting for a response for almost 2 weeks after sending multiple emails. All I want to do is return the shirts for a larger size. It is a shame that they make it this difficult to do a simple return because the shirt quality is good.

Regarding the response that Cholp gave to my review that they do not accept returns or refunds during a sales period is disingenuous and misleading. If this is the case, then buyer beware that their incentive for you to buy more merchandise by giving a % discount the more you spend basically means that you cannot return anything that you buy if you take advantage of this ongoing discount scheme. I paid full price for the 1st shirt and received a 15% discount on the 2nd shirt not knowing that I was giving up my right to return the shirts for any reason. All I want to do is exchange the shirts for a larger size because they run small. Cholp only responded to my multiple email requests as a "valued customer" after I gave the negative review on Trustpilot. Cholp should either charge me the paltry 15% discount on the 2nd shirt and let me exchange both or let me at least exchange the 1st shirt I paid full price for since it was NOT ON SALE. I would rather have at least one shirt that fits me. Cholp is proving my point that they have a poor to non-exsistent customer service department and an extremely limited and misleading customer return policy. This view has not only been expressed by me but by other dissatisfied customers that have left reviews on Trustpilot and reinforces the fast that Cholp is disingenuous about valuing their customers. Buyer beware if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Cholp and wish to make an exchange, return, or refund - they make it very difficult if not impossible and you just might be stuck with a purchase that doesn't fit.

Store is well organized, check out is simple, and shipping already included in the pricing.
Unfortunately there is no information on where the company is incorporated, and their refund policy is a bit shady; they “discount” most items by $10, which per their return policy makes it a final sale.

Had some issues with a return but they did finally do an exchange. Good quality but pant sizes run very small.

The products offered by this company are of high quality, and the prices are fair. I appreciate the value for money and will continue to shop here for my future needs.

I ordered two different times from Cholp. There were no problems with shipping and delivery but the issue was when I had to return the second order. I wrote them 8 emails and spent hours waiting someone at their online page chat connected and none of this happened. I had to sent the item back to Turkey and 45 days passed and no one had contacted me. I finally surrendered and lost 139$. It seems that they don’t have a customer service team or this is their M.O.
I used to order clothes online to multiple stores many times per month and this is the first time such aberrant situation happened to me. If it’s fitted you, you’re lucky but if you have to return merchandise, forget about your money. Don’t sponsor this store. Buy better from more reliable stores such YOOX, Farfetch, Saks, Nordstrom, Lyst, SSENSE, Shopstyle, Bloomingdale’s among others. Don’t risk your money. These people’s items are not cheap.
