Having had my car written off

Having had my car written off, and only having it for less than 12 months, I wanted another Kona. So went on Chorley motors website to see what they had available. I seen one that I liked, reserved it. After a couple of phone calls with Tom, went down next day viewed liked it and Tom took care of us and sorted everything out and kept us updated. Treated with respect and very happy with the service we received.

They are basically scammers or just…

They are basically scammers or just incompetents.
They booked a service they could not complete. After that, they booked new dates and could not complete again.

They make car buying a great experience.

Being a novice at the machinations of a vehicle and the complexities of purchasing a car, Will at Chorley Wigan went beyond expectations to explain in detail. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and exceptionally welcoming.
I still have the car and enjoying the smooth running. He still provides me after sales response when needed.
I would recommend Chorley because of Lewis Will.

Chorley Group Kia Blackpool. Kia Sorent Purchase.

I called in Chorley Group Kia, at Blackpool with my son in law, to see what a deal I could get to change my Kia Sorento, to a new one. I have been really happy with my Sorento, which I purchased there also. Paul Servant greeted us on arrival, and immediately put us at ease. He went through all the options with us, and explained the latest finance arrangements .I made my order then, on our first visit. When we left, my son in law said he couldn't beleive what a great deal I had got with Chorley Group Kia at Blackpool ! With my previous Kia Sorento purchase , I was recommended to Chorley Group , by my neighbour, who said they were good to deal with . When I took delivery of my new Sorento, I was most happy to find they had given me a full tank of fuel !
They are very good to deal with. Most Happy.

A great experience

Great service

Bought a Kia Rio from here about 3 months ago and we had an overall great experience. After our test drive we had noted something wrong with the car interior and David Gore assisted us and made sure the issue was going to be resolved. Within a few days we collected it and it was waiting for us, ready to go. So far the car has been great and we have had no issues. We will definitely come here again should we want to buy a new car. Very good customer service!

Bought a car and noticed the front end…

Bought a car and noticed the front end of bonnet was a different colour than the car ,was told it was the type of paint and ive been told by two paint specialists that its not the same
But nothing has been done about it .and this was discussed the same day of purchase of the car..

Rubbish, no information whatsoever

Rubbish! Travelled a distance to look at new MGs/ Nissans.
Got to the showroom to be faced with a load of qr codes.
Absolutely NO information on any cars.
Messed about with the scanning app, input registrations etc. Nothing, not working, see salesperson.
Nah, off to see cars with prices etc etc actually on them

Very poor experience.

Very poor experience.
From the cold unfriendly 'welcome' at reception as you walk in, to the poor quality of stock. (We viewed several cars with mould on the seats.)
We did buy a car, however it became evident that it had been misrepresented by Chorley MG.
We were also sent another customers personal & financial details by mistake during a buying process.
We were promised the earth and misled.
Folliwing a complaint, we were advised the General Manager would contact us; no one did.
We got our money back after threatening legal action.
(I can see the car is back on the forecourt at an inflated price - and still misrepresented!)
In my opinion, this is a badly run dealership whose sole aim is profit over service.
I would strongly advise against buying a car from here, despite any feeble apology or explanation given below.
