ChowBrick is perhaps the best building block store on the web right now. The shipping is fair, the shipping is fast, they make sure the quality of the product is great! The have constant sales, so the prices are VERY fair. And perhaps the most important part is that their customer service is next to NONE!

I discovered Chowbrick by chance in early 2024. As far as I know, they are the only seller that sells sets in their original packaging. I find this very important because then everything is not on top of each other so that no scratches occur on the bricks. Everything is professionally shipped with protective foil and reinforced corners. Add to that the very good prices and you have a winner. In the meantime, more than 50 orders via air and sea have always been delivered perfectly.

I have made numerous orders and they are always on point! Delivery is quick, the parcels are packaged perfectly to avoid any damage

I have never had an issue buying from them. They're always communicative and good with shipping. I plan to continue buying from them and their sister sites.

I use their sister-site Gundamit as well because I collect action figures (this is where I have a lot of orders with them).

One of the best stores for alternate bricks out there. Excellent support, easy shopping experience, lots of products to choose from, nearly everything comes boxed and fair prices. I have purchased over 12 products at Chowbrick and only had 1 problem with the courier, which Chowbrick solved really fast and without issue. The products are packaged extremely well, and air shipping averages at around 2 weeks for Australia.

I’ve used this site as well as the other show z stores shops. All around excellent pricing and service. Never had an issue and highly recommend as I ever purchase the premium membership on the stores

I started using the Chow Brick store a few months ago and overall have been very happy with my purchases. My order arrived extremely quickly, in great condition, and boxes are beautiful. The protective packaging is very sturdy and so different from any other seller I've used.
I think the one area of improvement would be having a quicker way to cancel orders directly from our account but that's really it.
Customer service is great, the merchant is responsive to questions and suggestions, and sales are fantastic. Also really appreciate the opportunity to earn rewards points with purchases.

Very competent customer service (you ask a question and will get an intelligible response back), streamlined site and they carefully package the items - double box, corner plastic inserts, and bubble packing. They have the best selections of toy brick models and the best prices. On the top of that they run flash sales !! My go to place for lego-like brick models

I have no idea why this place has less than 5 stars. I've been doing all my overseas collectible shopping with chowbrick and their other chains for the last 4 years. Easy payments, fast shipping, generous and very understanding customer support. LOVE THEN.
