I placed an order with Chris & Sons on the 12th of January, I enquired to see where my order is as I never received a dispatched email only an email to say it was received so I followed up about it only for them to tell me that they are waiting on 2 files to arrive from the warehouse on the 17th which I find absolutely ridiculous that the product has not been sent out for a whole 5 business days after the order was received they were expecting the stock to be in on Friday which I only received today the 20th of January that my order is going out tomorrow absolute disgrace a whole 7 working days just for my items to only be dispatched and 6 euro delivery fee for what?

I purchased a few products through the website and couldn’t be happy with the service. The products arrived quickly, were excellent quality and the customer service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be purchasing again and highly recommend this company to others!

I can honestly say I've never been happier with this company..nothings ever a problem..staff are always so obliging nothings ever a problem..if I need a product and it's not there ..I'll have it in a day or 2 ...so lucky to have this amazing company so near ..thanks again

Disaster avoid at all costs
Ordered two products on the 6th of October, original order had one item missing and the other was incorrect. Contacted them on whatsapp and was told to return the incorrect item and they would cover postage, which I did. Missing item was then delivered with a note saying incorrect item was out of stock and I'd be refunded. I've since sent two emails and called twice and have received no product or refund. Next step is taking a claim to small claims court.

Website is a scam. Do not order from here.doesn't send confirmation emails or receipts are purchased. Items not received by multiple customers but has taken the money from bank accounts. Customer service is very poor
