I’m reading the negative reviews and they just don’t correlate at all with my experiences over 20 years dealing with Chris Coffee. They mention, for instance, machines that are less than a year old and Chris ignores them. Which makes no sense to me because they warrantee their machines from 1 to 2 years. I’ve had multiple failures of internal components for of the two high end espresso machines I’ve bought for them, which is entirely normal because it’s simply what happens for Italian machines, at least in my experience. The key point is that they’re super responsive and ship the needed servos or valves to replace the failed ones very quickly. And they will spend the time on the phone and over email to ensure the user can get the machines back up and running with the new parts. Mark is super knowledgeable on everything they sell and Roger knows it call regarding service. Aside from the espresso machines and accessories I’ve bought from them I’ve purchased a few hundred pounds at this point of coffee. It’s delicious, always fresh, and never failed to impress guests. People who’ve never been able to drink coffee without milk routinely enjoy straight espresso pulled from their machines with their coffee. They’re excellent, pure and simple.
