I was initially going to give a 1-star rating, but I’ve decided to give 5 stars instead. Because that is the decent thing to do

Honestly, their products and services are of excellent quality, but their customer service is very poor. The service staff seem to have no idea what they are doing.

With over 15 years of experience running businesses/consulting, I can confidently say that "customer service is the key to long-term success." It reflects on the business and its owner.

Personally, I treat my businesses like my own children.

I come from a consulting background, and having worked with a few Fortune 500 companies my expectations are high as i am only used to working with professionals. Lack of communication and support leaves a bad impression.

Overall, if you're looking for great products or services, feel free to use them—as long as you’re prepared for substandard customer support when issues arise.

I don’t recommend paying for a consultation with Chris. While he DOES know what he’s talking about his communication is absolutely below any standard. The meeting was rescheduled, been trying to reach him, he replies and then ghosts me. Never received a receipt or invoice for the consultation (I got into trouble with accounting because of this) and he doesn’t care. Not even bothered to quickly fetch the receipt from stripe. He says “you’re just another guy putting his hand up”. I’ve never seen anyone in a consulting role treat their paying clients like that. This guy thinks he’s Jesus and does not care about his clients. I’m done trying to reach out to him (I tried MANY times) and I’m done now.
