We take all customer comments seriously and were concerned to read your review. However, after investigating this matter thoroughly, we have been unable to find any record of you in our customer database. We have also reviewed our BT call logs, where all incoming calls are recorded, for the relevant time period. Based on our review, the conversation did not take place in the way you have described.
In particular, we can confidently say that no member of our customer support team made the comment, "No you won't." This is not language our team uses when speaking with customers, and it does not reflect the high standards of professionalism and courtesy that we expect from all staff.
