Just a note on the customer service, my order had been delayed as it took a bit longer in production, I contacted customer service who offered me a credit for the value of the 1 piece of jewellery I ordered. Excellent customer service will buy again.

The jewelry I ordered was packed in an incredible handsome box with a black satin pouch and it also had little surprises as well ❤️‍🩹 the merchandise was impeccable awesome I have worn it all and people actually stop me and admire it. Awesome company and I've recommended them to many 10 star company you will not be disappointed at all.🌟❤️‍🩹

My experience with Chrome Cult was excellent. There was some discrepancies with the delivery address which were taken care of straight away by the customer support team.

The actual delivery was a little bit less straightforward as once my order arrived in the UK it was Evri that that delayed the items delivery longer but obviously this is no fault of Chrome Cult whatsoever as they were great all the way through the process.

Special shout out to Angel from Customer Support, she dealt with my request &queries quickly! 

I’ve ordered from Chrome Cult before and I genuinely love their jewellery, especially the skull pendants. I actually lost my old one in a fight a while back and I’ve been gutted ever since, so I was really excited to replace it.
There was a mix-up with my recent order and it took longer than expected, but the customer support was honestly great. Angel sorted everything quickly, gave me full store credit including shipping, and made the whole situation stress-free.
Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters, and Chrome Cult handled it properly. I’ll definitely be ordering again, their designs are too cool not to.

I ordered 4 rings from Chrome Cult at the end of November for their black friday sale, things were going great until December 14th when the courier accidentally sent my package to another sorting facility by accident, but Chrome Cult responded very quickly and kindly and made sure that everything would turn out ok no matter what. Holiday shipping is always hectic after all, unfortunate but understandable. After a bit of back and forth I received my package and they made sure I was taken care of <3 All in all I am planning on ordering from them again and they are a really cool company with a lot of nice pieces, and most of all the rings are beautiful and super high quality! I love them so much :)

Not only does Chrome Cult have great jewelry, the Customer Service is awesome. They get back to you really fast and take care of you.

Purchased a ring from here after looking online at so many different companies and I'm happy to say I made the right choice. Fantastic customer service. Had to request they updated my email address which was dine promptly and Angel on customer services was exceptionally helpful.
The quality of the ring makes it feel like you've spent much more than you had. The packaging was great and love the warranty that comes with the purchase.

Will definitely be using again, highly recommend.

I ordered an absolutely GORGEOUS ring (all of Chrome Cult’s jewelry is AMAZING !!), and, dutifully followed the sizing instruction before placing my order. When the size 9 ring I’d ordered arrived, it was WAAAAY too big…as in: drop my hand below my waist and it slides off my thumb. I sent an email inquiring whether it would be possible to return the size 9, and exchange it for a size 7. WOW !!!! Not only did I get a quick reply, but, Angel offered a store credit to get the size I needed, and, said to go ahead and keep the size 9!!Now, THAT’S what I call customer service !!! Not only does Chrome Cult have incredible jewelry, but incredible service as well…I know there’s at least one Angel - and probably many more, at Chrome Cult. Its experiences like this one that define a GREAT company…doesn’t hurt that their products are simply astonishing too.

Despite ordering something that was already sold out, they made good on me getting to get something else. And the responses were both professional and patient. I’m very grateful for their ability to provide what they have!
