FAKE, COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS!!!! STAY AWAY!

I have been trying to create an account on it but it has not been working and no one has replied. I wonder if this website is still in operation.

Is this business still active? I ordered one item in 2021 and it was excellent. the product and services were top notch.
However, i tried to buy some items recently and can not make payments.
with numerous emails and text messages i sent but no response from them. not sure what happened.

REPLICAS! DO NOT BUY FROM CHROME WORLD! ENTIRELY MADE UP COMPANY. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM THROUGH OFFICIAL EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA. I HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE! WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS!

Sells obvious replicas as retail, does not exist or operate in Japan. Entire company seems to be made up.

I purchased a ring, when it arrived I realized I bought the wrong size (my bad), returned it for in-store credit. I then bought two rings of the right size but have not received them. It has been TWO months. There has been no order confirmation nor tracking information by email except for an invoice on the website. I have tried to contact chromeworld by email multiple times but am hearing back nothing. Makes me feel like I've been ghosted and I’m very disappointed by the lack of communication and followup. I would caution others to be careful when ordering from this site.

I ordered $800 worth of stuffs from them, but it was delivered to a wrong address and they are lying to me that Fedex said that I told them to leave it in the lobby. First of all, the address that Fedex told me that they delivered the package to was not my address and no one rang the bell on that delivery day when I was waiting for it all day to get it. They are refusing to get me a refund now. Also it is sketchy that my order came from Hong Kong when they advertise everywhere on their website that they source and deliver items directly from Japan. Definitely watch out guys!!!

I was looking for Onyx beads specifically and got a nice bracelet from here. Took them 6 days to deliver, no flaws can be detected as it's near perfect!

Lots of attention has been put on small details. Still surprised they sell them for this cheap. The delivery was properly secured and tracked all the way.

I did hope to receive my order rather sooner than later and thankfully this is how it went. Everything received, the gods are in a perfect condition and i am satisfied.

The wrapping, giftbox, and the greeting card that came with the necklace made my experience so much better. They really put a lot of effort in to make their customers happy and I am very glad that we decided to buy our anniversary gift from here.

Since I couldn't make up my mind, I just purchased a gift card and gave it to my girlfriend so she could pick what she likes. They have too many options and I am not very good at this. She liked it tho.

If you want cheaper prices then be also prepared to wait. The delivery can take some time but it is worth the hassle. Anything inside the US and you are getting your order within the next 48 hours, but here, you are waiting around a week for sure.

We were waiting for our order more than a week but it did arrive (finally). No complaints about the necklace, but support could have been more responsive to our queries.

They are for sure a cheaper alternative for all the mainstream jewelry marketplaces. Hope they can come down even more as I really like some of their stuff. Have bought 3 times and not been disappointed once.
