They say wrong email or phone, where there is an correct email and a correct phone number when the order. Not the first time. They are just using a justification to get delayed. Really bad as you cant rely on any chronopost expected delivery data.

from Izipizi, Chronopost didn't deliver to the address I receive parcels everyday from other couriers, even regularly from Izipizi. Chronopost tracking states the address is unknown and when I tried to contact the company by phone I got someone that couldn't even speak english, couldn't understand what I was saying

I sent a parcel from Portugal to Austria. When it arrived it looked like when I sent it, after unpacking it it turned out that the TV that I sent got damaged though. I informed DPD about this and they told me they would get back to me ASAP. That wasn't the case though and I had to constantly remind them of my case. Once they even accidentally closed it. After more than five (!) months they in the end told me that they wouldn't reimburse me. The reason they gave was that I should just have declined the delivery. But I had no reason to do that, since it looked fine from the outside. I really wish I'd chosen a more reliable company. :/

O serviço é péssimo ! não atendem o telefone, paguei a mais para receber em 24 horas e já la vão 3 dias e nem feedback recebi, não recomendo a ninguém, sem duvidas uma das piores empresas de transporte...
Terrible experience
This company just does not warranty that your package will arrive...as simple as that. They just do not care. My package was out for delivery for 10 days then back to portugal then disapeared. I wrote to them and they just seem to laugth at their clients face. The worst company i have dealt with.

Não sei o porquê, de se darem ao trabalho de fazer agendamentos de entrega se depois não aparecem, sinceramente já nem os levo a sério...mesmo muito muito mau.

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star to write a review - apologies if this gives the impression that the service is any good at all: it isn't. My recommendation is to avoid this "company" - no working delivery/tracking system, no telling when there will be a delivery (date & time). A joke. Avoid.
Do not use
Apparently my address was incomplete and they couldn't make the delivery... Call them and they confirm the address details as correct. Schedule for collection at a pick up point at a supermarket instead, just in case, after sitting in all day waiting. Get an email at midnight saying they cannot deliver to the pick up point, and now the link to change the delivery address does not work...

Unbelievably incompetent delivery service. There couriers really couldn't be bothered to drive the last 8 Kms from where I could see on tracking .For the 4th time I wasted my time expecting delivery. I have tried phoning,emailing but get nowhere....better tie the parcel to a pigeon ..more chance of it getting to destination

Péssimo serviço, no que depender de mim não volto a usar a DPD para qualquer entrega. Se conseguisse dar 0 em 5 estrelas, daria.

I've been waiting for my parcel for ages! They told me I should have received it on the 18th of January! Today is the 29th and I'm still waiting! They don't even answer me! Worst support ever!
This is the third time DPD has failed…
This is the third time DPD has failed to deliver orders to my address. Because I live in the countryside, they always claim my address is incomplete.
Then you try to call them to say it isn't incomplete but they never answer the phone!
This last time, I contacted the sender company and they tried, at least twice, to tell them to call me but they never called. The parcel stayed in their depot for a week and then they just sent my order back to the sender!!!
I think I am going to start asking who the delivery company is before I buy anything online.

DPD Portugal is the WORST courier!
I was planning to write this on Christmas day, but I decided to leave it, and enjoy the day instead of thinking about DPD Portugal ruining my family’s Christmas by losing my parcel with over £300’s worth of gifts.
I will keep this down to the point.
I sent a parcel on 9th of December 2020 from the UK to Portugal. The parcel arrived in Portugal on the 12th Dec (good timing). The parcel was out for delivery on the 14th Dec, but the initial delivery was unsuccessful, and the courier did not contact us, neither attempted to redeliver. The parcel was then rescheduled to a local collection point, and claimed to have been delivered on the 18th Dec.
The parcel was never delivered to the collection point, although the tracking stated so, along with an unknown recipient called “Ana”signing for it.
After 11 days of chasing we have been involved in the following:
Seven hours of constant phone calls for updates (as the line wait is 50mins on average).
Four visits to the collection point to talk with staff at Auchan Alfragide.
Two visits to two DPD locations in Lisbon (to talk with less than useful staff members).
Five phone calls to DPD UK.
From being involved in these activities, DPD Portugal has not given us an update, other than telling us that our parcel was dumped by the delivery driver in an unknown location which they do not wish to share with us, or actively prepare the parcel for collection.
DPD refused to support us and our parcel is still at large. Our Christmas has been ruined by this incompetence, and DPD kept ignoring the fact that this parcel contained Christmas gifts that we wanted in time for the day.
No matter how proactive we were, to get this parcel collected, DPD Portugal have been: rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, lacking integrity, unprofessional, unsupportive, and above all, one of the worsts service providers I have EVER witnessed.
I hope whoever reads this will think twice before sending parcels to Portugal via DPD.

Recolheram no dia 9 de dezembro uma encomenda para envio para o Reino Unido, soube ontem que ainda está em armazém!!!! Não sabiam dela porque se enganaram a colocar uma etiqueta e agora a encomenda está retida durante (pelo menos) mais dois dias porque perderam ontem a autorização de enviar mercadoria para o UK. Quando a vieram buscar dia 9, repito! É de uma falta de vergonha e incompetência sem precedentes!!!
Worst delivery service in Portugal
Twice I had orders to be delivered by this company and twice they made me go to a pickup store. From now on, if I notice this is the delivering company, and it happens again, I'll just let the order go back and never buy from the same seller again. They don't even try to deliver it.
