My third order from you and third time of problems. The first two orders arrived after my chosen delivery date, the third wasn’t handed over by Royal Mail as the jar of pickles had broken due to insufficient packaging. A replacement was arranged which thankfully was appropriately packaged and arrived on time as it was a birthday gift. Happy with products, recipients are delighted. Sort out packaging and delivery dates and ratings will improve.

Been buying this cheese wheel for a little while now. Myself and my feline companions have fallen madly for it and everyone thoroughly approves it.

Product arrived awfully packaged for a food item especially in the heat.
Contacted customer services who were very unhelpful and contradictory on their response on how a product should be shipped.

I have bought a few of the Pub Gift boxes for a friend and family members in the last month for Birthdays as I thought of sending somthing to them which was different and at a good price. I ordered a build your own cheese box for a friend's birthday a few months ago and she was delighted with the quality and selection. Brilliant present when stuck for a gift idea. It was easy to order online and was delivered for date that I requested. I've ordered another build your own cheese box for a relatives birthday that should be delivered next week. Hopefully all goes well again.

We keep ordering from The Chuckling Cheese so they must be doing something right. The cheeses are very tasty with a good and varied selection. The pickled onions we keep coming back to as well - 3 jars with each order. Customer service is helpful and efficient on the odd occassion I have had to contact them.

Excellent. I’ve now had several orders from the chuckling cheese company. I don’t buy from anywhere else nowadays. I even give cheese as birthday gifts! In theory I give the apple chutney too….. but it never actually gets that far as I love it and eat it with so many different things.

Wow I ordered this cheese online and I got margarita and that left abit of a oily taste in my mouth , then I had the pickled onion cheese and omg that was mouth watering taste so I ordered 2 more 1 for me and 1 for me dad and mum and I still have the garlic and herb I think it is so il make some garlic bread and slap a huge chunk of cheese garlic and il let you know on the taste but I can imagine it’s going to make your mouth water 👍👍👍👍

What an amazing company. Brilliant customer service. The cheeses are so tasty and yummy. As for the chutneys they are delicious. Delivery is always as requested. Really well packed . I haven’t had anything that as a family we haven’t liked. It’s great to have such a good selection of flavours to choose from.

The pork scratchings I ordered had only a one month use by date. This seems a rather short date to me and wasn't stated on the website. I had to throw the jar away so my advice is to check use by dates when your order arrives. Customer services were rather disappointingly unhelpful.
