We ordered a bed which we absolutely love. Every time you move though there is a really loud clunk from the LHS of the headboard, all other joints perfectly solid. One self led bit of input from the company (DIY fix) (which failed to improve the problem), reassurance that they would help us, nice words in the email but sadly NO FURTHER REPLIES after several chases over numerous weeks i am resulting to a poor review. I never do this, not a serial complainer. This service is genuinely shocking, we love the bed but this noise making it impossible to get a good night sleep. So frustrating as it was expensive and I we had to save for it. If they channels effort into service and keeping customer instead of constant marketing posting etc they would have had more custom from us. We had previously bought a mantel from them. Sadly, a lost customer. Date of review is today and we have had the bed since mid feb 26 - so definitely not the wood acclimatising as they claimed.

Ordered an oak mantelpiece it never arrived hmm still waiting it’s been three weeks !!

We ordered the Tall TV stand. It looks beautiful. Solid wood, nicely designed and made. Highly recommended.

I ordered some shelves that I assumed would match my mantel I previously ordered - unfortunately the colour difference was very noticeable as I had ordered a different finish. After contacting Danielle through customer service, she went above and beyond to help resolve this issue and provided me an amazing customer service experience. We ordered two shelves with brackets for our kitchen. Originally ordered floating in error and customer service was good and refunded us the next day.
The shelves are high quality and look beautiful - also arrived the week after ordering. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered dining room furniture at the beginning of November. Still waiting... poor customer service. Have emailed but no response. Despite this they send me emails asking me to buy more with 15% off the same item I've paid for! Will try to cancel via Paypal.
