A prescription of an emergency medication was not issued after an emergency consultation. The patient condition got worse, and when contact, the doctor is on leave and the PA are not reachable. In general, poor patient care, neglectance and irresponsibility.

I went to Ciconia Recovery in mid-2023 to discuss the possibility of me having ADHD, after many friends with a diagnosis mentioned to me that I show strong signs of having it.

I got diagnosed but, due to some issues out of anyone's control (liver issues caused by a viral infection), I couldn't be prescribed anything until about 4 weeks ago.

Because of that, I ended up not contacting the clinic for around 6 months.

However, when I got the all clear from the doctors to start my prescription of Elvanse, and when I sent an email to Ciconia Recovery after 6 months, I was shocked to see I hadn't been forgotten about.

Albina, Sam, Dr Di Fabio and Mr Zeiyad were all absolutely amazing and were ridiculously helpful every step of the way.

I honestly can't recommend this clinic enough!!!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Khalid, and Albina in the office, and I highly recommend both of them. If I had to rate them they’d get 100%. Dr. Khalid is very thorough and thoughtful. He knows exactly how to asses a situation per client, and his execution is top notch. You won’t ever feel like you have no say in your care. He is an expert in his field.
Albina, is both lovely and a consummate professional. She will not only answer you fast, but is equally as empathetic as the doctor and strives to make sure one is treated kindly and she helps get the results you need. She’s a gem. Again, if you get her help, be very grateful.

I recommend dr Khaled to anyone looking for treatment for adhd. I’m really grateful to him . I genuinely felt he cared for me .
A lot of clinics seemed to only worry about money

Fantastic Friendly and Professional people. Honest andTrustworthy. They really went the extra mile to help me out which goes to show they really do care. Excellent communication and fast efficient service. I rarely leave reviews but have no problem putting my name towards recommending them to anyone who was as lost and scared as I was. Short waiting time. Option of face to face or video consultation. Easy to access and clean and comfortable modern clinic in central London Professional and polite specialists who are very knowledgeable in their fields. Dr Di Fabio was excellent.

I was referred to Ciconia for ADHD Medication.
Before I even entered the clinic, Sam went above and beyond to make the process as stress free for me as possible. This was continued when I arrived for my appointment, terrified, and was immediately comforted and supported by every single staff member there.

Dr Khaled is just delightful. He made a real effort to gain my trust, rather than expecting it as a default. He is sensitive, respectful and supportive while also clearly knowledgeable and skilled. In my first appointment, I cried from relief because of Dr K's words. He validated, comforted and reassured me, with truly expert care.

There is such a stark contrast between Ciconia's care and any medical care I have received before. I have been with them for just less than a year and not once has there been even a slight lull in standards.

Dr K always listens to me ramble and never hurries me (even though I almost definitely overshoot the appointment slot every time). The girls downstairs always stop for a catch up, they remember and ask about things in my life that even I've forgotten about. Everyone there makes you feel cared for, you specifically. You're not just the next name on the list.

I will recommend Ciconia, furiously, to anyone who'll listen and I will forever be grateful that I found this safe space.

Sam, Office Manager was fantastic on first contact. Paperwork and tests for Adhd sent to my email. Upon completion an appointment with Specialist. He was amazing and relaxed. After chats via video call, I received my diagnosis. Yolanda was amazing chasing me to see a Cardiologist and keeping my moral up. I will be using this fantastic service again as it was next to none. If anyone needs diagnosis I highly recommend. This is a company I would be proud to work at if I lived nearer. Keep up the great work

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough for ADHD diagnosis, I really feel like they took the time to help us, they were super friendly, approachable but also very professional. They are also much cheaper then other ADHD clinics!
