Scammed! Don't order anything from these

THIS IS THEFT ON A GRAND SCALE. THE SCAM COMPANY IS HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED. I LIKE SO MANY OTHERS HAVE BEEN STUNG!
AVOIDED THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST. THE WEBSITE LOOKS REAL BUT ISN'T. I BOUGHT A BOSCH TUMBLE DRYER £302 normally £500 I was given a tracking number and endless tracking information. They said they attempted delivery twice but that's a lie, I was in all dayx2. Tried emailing, phoning got no reply. Seems obvious now it was a scam/ fake and wish I knew about checking trustpilot before. I'm usually too smart for the scammers but I guess you live and learn. How are these scammers still operating?
I'm applying to my bank for a charge back but don't think I will be much help. I froze my credit card because another company was taking payment for a subscription i couldn't end having tried so many times so I paid with debit card...see what happens...probably will be told some excuses no doubt.

Complete scam bought hoover given o/no on 21st December by email given tracking email by Broker Cargo Logistics tried emailing both Ciforte and carrier both bounced back new by 10th January I’d been scammed phoned bank who told me to wait till 30days from order and phone back. Phoned bank on 21st January DO NOT USE CIFORTE.COM

Ciforte is a scam company. I paid for a product that never came. They sent endless tracking details that went on for three weeks, then pretended to deliver when I was out. When I emailed both Ciforte and their 'delivery company' BrokerCargo both emails turned out to be false.

I have reported this company as it is still Active and trading online. Their UK office address stated on their website is not accurate, I have checked and they are not a tenant at that building.

Their email addresses on their website and online enquiry do not exists. They do not have a phone number so there is no way of contacting them.

The tracking information they provide is fake, BrokerCargo.com is also a fake company. The information on their website is all fake.

Please do not use this company!
If you have please report it to The Insolvency Service who will investigate.

SCAM Like others ordered a product and received tracking information. Tracking appeared to show being active and then told they had attempted delivery but not true. No contact possible with company after initial question regarding the delivery, all emails bounce back.
DO NOT order from this company as you will not receive your goods.

Company is a scam don't order anything for them you will never receive your goods they are not a British company avoid

I thought I had purchased an oven from this firm, but I have come to the conclusion that this site is an outright scam. No communication from the company other than a confirmation on date of purchase, and an initial email from their 'shipping agent', also on date of purchase. The tracking information says that their courier attempted delivery yesterday and today; on both occasions we were at home, and no delivery was attempted.

DOnt be fooled to buy anything from this site

The tracking is fake makes you thing the items are on the way with saying Delivery Attempted even when i was in all day
THe first few emails were replyed to than they stopped replying when i ask about the items deliery
I dont know if am going to get my money back now having paid with credit card

Gave one star as their is no zero please please don’t be fooled by this website I never thought I could be caught out luckily I paid by credit card. As has been mentioned the tracking bounced all over the place turned out I paid for a lodging house I have never been to or booked the website looks very professional but trust me it’s a scam stay well clear

Total scam site, tracking that goes in circles, got to give them credit, website is very good and believable, they put some work into it. luckily paid with PayPal so was very easy to get money back.

Scam online retailer, took advantage of my vulnerable elderly father. He purchased an LG TV from the website, all seemed legit at first, but alarm bells started ringing when the TV hadn't arrived after nearly three weeks, and the tracking updates became increasingly ridiculous. Reported to Google and the National Cyber Security Service, but the website is still live unfortunately. Avoid at all costs.

Like everyone else on this forum I think the whole set up is a scam.I ordered a neff oven and was given a delivery date which was not suitable so I arranged a date that was suitable.
I have sent several emails one was answered the rest have bounced back.
I am now in the process of claiming a charge back from my credit card.
Please stay well clear.

Just like all the other reviews I ordered a TV and got tracking info stating it was being shipped from Poland. 3 weeks later the tracking stated it was with local courier and delivery had been attempted and I was not in. I was and sadly I am like other customers who have been scammed. The site is still active which is poor and they should be shut down.

Yes , this is a SCAM . Like previous review ,was told my item had been out to my address for delivery today, and I was not in to receive it. YES I WAS. No attempt of delivery made , and my emails suddenly to both website & delivery company have bounced back as unknown , plus no other way of communication . Felt I had done all the research thoroughly beforehand, but obviously not .
Totally Scammed.

THIS IS A SCAM - like everyone else has said. Can’t believe I fell for it. It all seems so legit, for a while. I did get tracking info and the shipment seemed to be getting closer, and today it says they attempted delivery. NO THEY DID NOT!! email to customer service bounced back as unknown.

Everything seems legit for a while they do keep regular communication for the first couple of days then it stops, I got a confirmation email & an email from the logistics company to say my item would be with me on the 22nd December! I still haven’t received the item the logistics company are saying my product is moving but clearly just part of the scam

I have emailed ciforte on 4 different email address from their website a number of times and the logistics company and have recieved nothing back! Scammers! Disgusting!

Please alert people to this so called home appliances company- it’s an absolute scam- they give fake delivery dates- nothing arrives- you email they ignore you. I’ve had to apply for a chargeback as I paid by credit card. Please do not encourage anyone to buy anything from this website.
