Cilory brand is a fraud,its keeping customers hard earned money,and refund never happens,its already been so many days,after returning the parcel,they just do fake promises about returning money but that never happens.They are deleting and hiding all the genuine comments on social media,so that no one can know their reality and fraud,and they can get another prey. PATHETIC brand.we should do something about this brand to stop thugging people.And reach maximum people in fact should take legal action against this,how openly this brand can do this.

Don’t Buy Beware! Claims made and posted from Australia. What a load of rubbish. Took a month to arrive and sent from China. Asked for a refund and offered 40% . Went through pay pal but they couldn’t get a full refund.

Do not deal with Cilory a lot of liars. Tried to cancel item ordered as soon as done, they said they could then they couldnt and sent anyway. Said I wouldnt accept when it can, they said it couldnt be returned to address on parcel. They said they would send me address when it arrived which I did, then they needed photos so I had to accept and open, which I did then because it was opened they wouldnt take back. Lot of scammers beware, better not to deal with

Items arrived from China but website says made & shipped in Australia. Website says 180 day free return & refund but they don’t answer emails. I was charged twice for postage. Total scam. Do not use

Ordered product that stated it was made and shipped from Australia. I can't track the product. I have emailed them but had no reply. Don't trust them. You wont get you product or your money back. Its a scam.

My experience with cilory went good. I ordered three product out of which I have returned two products due to size issue. I get my refund hassle free and the jacket quality with that price is really good. I will recommend cilory App.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Cilory. I placed an order for 2 items on 20th November, and till now I have not received anything. There has been no update, no delivery information, and not even a single notification regarding the delay.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. If the products cannot be delivered on time, the customer should at least be informed. I trusted the platform, but this experience has been very frustrating.

I would not recommend Cilory to anyone based on this experience.

Total fraud company and total bad behavior no good policy and all time cheat to customer payment regarding

I received an empty package from Cilory instead of the clothes, but the customer care representative told me that this is not possible as they do quality check before sending the item. First, they cheat and second, they don't accept that someone inside the company running a scam and cheating. When you don’t accept that the customer only received empty packages, you encourage your employees to do more scams. So people, please be careful. Don’t use Cilory. Cilory is a scam.

Again 2 days later the customer care representative called to blame me for not delivering the item. They argued that we should have made a video while opening the packet and before opening the packet itself we should have known that there was only paper instead of clothes. I was really shocked that they have the guts to blame customers who did not receive the product. I think I trusted the wrong e-com website and ordered clothes paying in advance. They are an organization that is running SCAM on a large scale. This type of organization should be closed and owners should be arrested for fraud.

These guys are frauds and SCAMMERS.

Pathetic company. Send a wrong product. And when told about it that you have send the wrong product then they say it's not our company product. Never buy from this company. I bought 5 product and tth one was fraud. Highly disappointed and now not taking any product from it.
