Great website. Easy peasy process. Great comms - casually worded. Idiot-proof instructions. Chap who delivered was very friendly and professional. He even apologised for the bird poo which landed during transit!!!

Easy peasy car purchase . 👍 The car was as described. Delivery was on time and the driver answered any questions I had. With the 14 days return for any reason I felt happy with purchasing the car without looking at in in person .. would Cinch again but hopefully this car will last me a good while longer 🤞🏻😀

Hi I must admit I was very nervous with buying a car in this way as never done it before , But I was soon feeling confident when I spoke To Tyler Gwynn at Cinch, He helped me through the easy process. And with Fraser who delivered my car to my home on Friday and ran through everything.

I bought a car today, and before paying for it, I contacted the Corby office to double check that I would be able to collect the car today and was advised that I would and the car would be ready for me. I paid the full amount and drove over 3 hours to collect the car, my husband and I took the day off work and paid a childminder to have our child so we could do the drive (6hours both ways). I received a call when I was almost at the location, advising that there was an issue with the car pressure and I was unable to collect the car. This is absolutely unacceptable and appalling service. This is the second time I have been let down by Cinch, first time being, when I paid to reserve a car and they double booked it, letting me down and having to cancel the cancel the appointment. Which I’m still waiting to be refunded for.

From start to finish my experience has been nothing but positive.
You literally do everything online, its so user friendly.
Price wise, you won't beat them.
Once you're forwarded to the finance people, expect equally good service, absolutely no issues whatsoever.
Once sorted, book a slot and that's it.
I collected my car from the Corby branch. Everything runs like clockwork, the staff there don't stop. Really nice atmosphere, get yourself a coffee and sit with an agent. I was literally in and out in ten minutes. The guys make you aware of extended warranties etc but they don't shove it down your throat.
Car was spotless, no issues whatsoever.
Highly recommend Cinch, cheers guys.

Bought car on Friday and it was shipped ready for pick up on the following Thursday. Easy and simple set up and completion without the hassle of viewing cars on the forecourt.

Just took delivery of my second hand car it's as described on the web site and it's immaculate, competive pricing and reasonable p/x price. Only downfall was delayed delivery only getting success on the 3rd occasion, to be fair to Cinch they did keep me updated but it was still inconvenient. Only took delivery today so can't report any other issues

Declan Dolan was very accommodating with our enquiries and helpful setting up an appointment to view the vehicle, we cancelled the appointment due to second thoughts as it was an automatic.

Declan gave us a courtesy call after our cancellation he was very understanding and respectful of our decision that we had chosen another vehicle off the Cinch app.

All in all we could not fault Declan excellent service.

Lovely car, all clean &tidy.

The purchasing of my vehicle was straight forward everything was ready for me to read and easy to understand. The delivery was on time and the staff memeber who delivered my car was helpful and showed me around the car. Payment was straight forward also. My car was clean on arrival. My only suggestion would be to have a next day or next hour follow up call to make sure everything was up to scratch but the delivery driver does give you their number so you can call so it is a win win. I would recommend using Cinch, my experience has been stress free. The only thing I had to do was research the type of vehicle I wanted and look through Cinch's catalogue of cars! I would use this service again.
