delivery time says next day took 6 days to come, and they have snapped after 2 days of having them. Quality on the glasses are terrible

Ordered some sunglasses. Delivered late so we’re no longer needed. Emailed to return no response, emailed again nothing. Messaged on instagram where they have been active while my message has been sat there and still nothing. I have been left with no option but to go through my bank to get a refund as no one seems interested enough to respond for me to send them back

Came very quickly . Everyone complaining about the delivery haven’t looked at the page it says 4-7 business days and go of what Evri say

delivery takes a extremely long time, mine still haven’t arrived 8 days in despite evri labelling it as a ‘2 day delivery’

Sunglasses perfect, two pairs of Zizos amazing quality. Delivery tracking hard to work out and to use at times

the quality of the sunglasses I ordered are unreal. one of the pairs I ordered I wanted to exchange, the owner immediately text me back on instagram and sent me out a new pair for free. these glasses are genuinely top quality, quick shipping also. thanks so much i’ll definitely buy again off you guys! boss.

Ordered 8 days ago trackings not changed. Seller doesn’t reply

I’ve ordered a pair of sunglasses 10 days ago and they still haven’t arrived, I’m not getting any updates on the tracking and I contacted them on instagram and TikTok and still nothing. I wouldn’t order from here very disappointing

Great customer service and very good quality glasses

The website purchased the glasses when I tried to apply a discount code. I was not given a discount nor did I actually press the button to complete my purchase I only pressed apply discount code. It is a blatant con. I had no clear option to cancel my order so I am now stuck with 2 pairs of sunglasses that I have to pay shipping to return with the company offering no return service of their own. The glasses themselves are nothing like seen on the website, they barely block light from a bulb let alone the sun. Only buy from this company if you want to be scammed and given a pair of ugly useless sunglasses in return.

On top of this, the delivery was late and the tracking service doesn't work. Don't bother

Purchased the 3 pairs which took more then 10 working days to come, the tracking didn’t work. When the package did arrive one pair was missing when I emailed and texted the number and email provided I haven’t had a response. Overall I wouldn’t recommend as my experiences with the company were very poor as stated above.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses much over a week ago and the delivery time stated 4 to 7 days not only hasn’t it met the promised delivery time no updates have been received on the delivery at all extremely poor customer service need to thoroughly update their services in general as i’ve seen many unhappy customers facing similar problems very disappointed

ordered 2 shades on the 16th june and still not received them ot any updates even though i was told it would take 4-7 working days, also when i use the AI on the website to track my order i’m told it has been fulfilled when it has not, id like some help please and my shades to come i am order #6830.

Tracker for parcel doesn’t work, very long shipping times, poor customer service. Using the AI on their website it tells me my order has been fulfilled when I haven’t received any further emails than the confirmation from them or the products I ordered.

Ordered 3 Pairs on the 16th June and not only am I yet to receive my items am yet to get an update to where they are, Disappointing as I ordered these for my holiday and to not even get an update as to where my items are after a week is disappointing and not the way a business should operate

Bough 6 pairs of sunglasses 4 of them where the mascot ones 3/4 have had the lenses fall out so there already binned had them no longer then a week seriously shipping took 10 or 11 days when apparently was ment to be 4-7 just ridiculous (order 6461)
