Noise Monitor Microphone lost it’ sensitivity
We having some challenges with the calibration of the instrument with the Acoustic Calibrator. The instrument shows “waiting for the calibrator tone” which never happens and also an offset value of 0.18dB.
Reported to Cirrus team and they assisted with fixing the instrument asap as wanted. Thanks

Equipment and software very user…
Equipment and software very user friendly, allowing easy interpretation of the results, while also being able to correctly store and label. The product was delivered on time. Only comment for improvement would be to have a rechargeable battery in the noise measuring device as battery life was 2 days, meaning the replacement batteries only allowed use of the device for 4 days. Rechargeable batteries would be able to charge when the instrument is plugged into a computer to download the results.

Excellent service provided from start to finish!
My enquiry to hire noise kit was dealt with professionally and I was given advice on which kit would be the best option for my particular requirements.
I received delivery on time and with no problems...I even asked a couple of questions on the kit and Cirrus were very helpful.
The kit was simple and easy to use with the software doing everything I needed after the meter was downloaded.
Arranging collection was easy afterwards.
