The Bureau team at Citipost Mail have been absolutely fantastic in supporting me and my team as we are learning nore and more about the complex world of mailing and downstream access. I couldn't have asked for a better service - so would strongly recommend this company to other people needing ongoing large mail and DSA services. Great work Citipost!

I felt I had to come here to recognise a job well done. I'd never dealt with Ebay's 'Global Network Programme' before, although i have had some low value item's from America it wasn't via this programme. I was sceptical because of old report's and review's (More than likely from when these companies were cutting there teeth in this market). The ETA for my order was 1 week. To save anyone reading ALOT of time & stress take the tracking details with a pinch of salt if u've never ordered through the programme before as you have to get used to the terminology they use. I noticed Citypost Mail had a tracking phone number after a few day's and my head was buzzing with question's. I called and spoke to a women called Rachele Cook, who is a carrier liaison with Citypost. (There are 3/4 different carrier's and courier's that are involved in shipping your order from another country through the Programme, it's no problem atall, just can get confusing if you didn't know this) Rachele at 'Citypost' walked me through everything, explaining how it work's and answering any and all of my question's, setting my mind at rest. I recieved my parcel yesterday (From Yodel) without a hiccup of ANY kind atall & in A1 condition. All in all, it came in 6 day's, a full day before the expected time of delivery. Why EVERY Delivery/Carrier company can't have a dedicated phone number for tracking queries i really don't know, But it show's Citypost's commitment to helping there customers. Rachele at Citypost and the team their really do , do a fantastic and professional job and the 'Global Network Scheme' work's well and very efficiently in my experience. I have No Problem Highly Recommending Citypost for ALL your business or private Carrying need's. Pleasure to deal with.10/10 P.s - I have no dog in this or any fight but i thought as i don't do it regularly i should write an honest preview. Alot of people take the time to complain but rarely find the time to say "A Job Well Done!". Thank's, John T . . .
