We’ve had a great experience with the City & Country sales team so far. From the outset, their communication has been clear, consistent, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference when navigating a new build purchase.

They’ve always been easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions we’ve had—no matter how big or small. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and that level of support has made the whole process feel far more straightforward and reassuring.

It’s also been refreshing to deal with a team that takes a practical and fair approach, helping where they can and making things as smooth as possible along the way.

Really appreciate all the help to date and looking forward to continuing the journey with them.

The sales lady Diane, was fantastic - showing great knowledge and a experience, she had a lovely manor. The Manningtree Park site is a credit to City and Country. It is well laid out with plenty of green spaces, shrubs, trees and flowers. The Parker is spacious, with a great layout and a garage. The rooms are well preportioned with lovely sash windows that add to the already aesthetically pleasing exterior. We can't wait to see it completely finished and furnished. Thank you

We moved in only a few weeks ago and there have been a few little snagging details as anyone would expect. C&C have been brilliant, Gintas has been round and corrected everything, he is a great guy. Super efficient, pleasant and good at what he does.

Thank you Gintas! He is a friendly, dedicated and efficient worker who never compromises on quality and rushes his work even if the allocated time is short. He will stay longer or return to finish it to a good standard. He has handled quite a few snags and repairs at my property, consistently delivering thorough, high quality work. I trust him to do the job well and it’s in good hands.

Following recent issues with water ingress, Chad Lord of Customer Care attended and immediately understood the problem. He returned a couple of days later with the required materials and carried out a very good quality repair, which I’m happy with.

We went to King Edward VII on Saturday for the first time, there was a slight chance we might consider buying an apartment there. Chris Buck took the time to tell us about the history, the current plan and the future - he clearly knew his stuff, was passionate about the project but without being pushy whatsoever - a very welcome change from the norm. We took a good long look around the available apartments, the main buildings and the facilities - we were very impressed with the developments and of course the beautiful surroundings - won us over, so much so that we returned on Sunday to show our daughter - thanks again Chris with your patience going through it all again for us!
This is such an important decision, it was pitched just right for us and is now the front runner!

Particular kudos to Ginatas Nemeikis, Customer Care Operative currently on site at C&C’s 1840 development. An excellent job done with timeliness, efficiency and courtesy by a multi-skilled craftsman.

Russell came round within hours of the reported issue (a leak in bathroom). He was polite and efficient and fully explained the situation. He also offered to come back next week to double check the repair. Great support from his colleague Tony Overington as well arranging this from HQ. You wouldn’t get this level of customer care from the mainstream high volume builders in my experience.

Russell was great help. Fixed an issue we had with our bathroom door, quickly and efficiently.

The on-site representative, Craig, was very pleasant. He made us welcome and provided refreshments. Craig’s knowledge about the Bath Press development was excellent and he was able to answer all our questions.

We popped in without an appointment and was greeted warmly by Franki. She took time to explain clearly the new development, history, properties available etc etc and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure meeting her.

No job is too much for Gintas! He did an amazing job helping me set up my new apartment. He is kind and extremely efficient. Thank you Gintas.

Chad was incredibly helpful, friendly, and did a great job.

The Customer Care team are very helpful and proactive, I’m new to the development and have needed to contact them a few times already and am pleased to have the assurance that they will help to resolve any problems and answer questions

Georgie is very friendly and helpful and tries her best to resolve problems or point you in the right direction if the problem isn’t in her jurisdiction.

Russell’s 2nd visit, 1st to fix catch on window and 2nd to fix missing bolts on balcony. He is thorough, courteous and willing to answer any questions you have about the apartment and site.

We are very happy with our house. Our snagging items and other issues have always been dealt with fairly and promptly by the directors, customer relations and other staff. Chad Lord in particular has gone above and beyond expectations in sorting out numerous issues.

Russell Hugo. Dealing with issues inside & outside my flat Russell has been superb. Today he straightforwardly sorted a difficulty & then checked throughout the flat that no related problems would occur. He explained pleasantly why the problem had occurred and how to avoid it in future. He personifies 'Customer Care'. Thank you Russell.
