City Grounds showed me what real customer service looks like.

To be honest, the issue I ran into was not originally their fault, but as a frustrated customer, I made it their problem anyway. I was upset, used language I should not have used, and even accused them of being a scam. Through all of that, their team stayed calm, listened to me, and kept treating me with respect when I did not exactly make it easy.

What meant the most to me was that they accepted my apologies more than once and continued working the issue instead of brushing me off. They took the time to understand that this was not just about a bike part or an order problem, it was costing me time with my son, and that mattered to me. Once they realized there was a real issue, they stepped up and did what they could to make it right.

That kind of patience and professionalism is rare. City Grounds did not just solve a problem, they helped turn around a bad situation I had let spiral, and they did it with grace. I genuinely appreciate Colin and the team for sticking with me, and for giving me hope that maybe a 41-year-old man can still go pro one day.

Excellent customer service

Son got a Dart V2, had a small problem. They were easy to contact and so helpful troubleshooting and fixing the issue. Was expecting to have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix it but nope it was just a simple faulty part that they knew about so they replaced it. Probably because how soon after purchase it happened, but, honorable they helped!!!

All around great experience with the site and delivery. No complaints there at all! Just not a fan of my purchase, might be able to find someone around who could make the best use of it, and shop around a little more for something more suitable for my needs. Meaning I’d love to order from here again.

I bought this bike for my 15 year old son and he absolutely loves it. Love the minimalistic design, weight and matte black color finish. He has even recommended the bike to his friends and they are also joining the movement. No complaints on our side.

Great sale, and outstanding customer service

My son bought a replacement wheel for his CrewDart ebike. Once received, we realized it was V2 and not V2.1
I went ahead and re-ordered the correct model and shipped back (cost me $150) the first v2 wheel.
Finally got a hold of someone after a month of it being returned, and they will not refund us. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. They offered to ship it back to us but it would cost another $150.
So far, I'm out $500 and have nothing to show for it.

My order was damaged during delivery. I reached out and received immediate and the most kind support getting a replacement. Not being experienced, I also order the wrong size and they help me get the correct size. Their follow up and concern for my son getting his sweet 16 birthday gift was beyond awesome.

company came through with correcting a manufacture mistake made with a incorrect battery key on an ebike

Box came in destroyed and it was missing the bolt to the seat clamp. Had to scavenge my garage for one that’d work. Also arrived a couple days late but other than that, love my bike.
