Found a property with on the market through this agent spoke to them said they’d get back to me they didn’t so I call them back about a property I enquired about the woman who I spoke to attitude was terrible they didn’t care less I said can I view she said if don’t hear back from them in a week either the property has gone or not successful ~ how does that help me find a property waiting a week surely they know if it’s available I can’t afford to wait a week ~ wish I’d taken her name but I didn’t and to be honest if this is their attitude I wouldn’t want to use them far better letting agents who actually sound like they care about and want to help find a property

Brilliant experience from Jay. He helped me find a property super quick, was very patient with me and super honest which is very difficult to find. I felt very comfortable and at the end everything was smooth
