We ordered some gravel and slabs from Wickes in Grantham to be delivered by City Sprint their contractor.
The order was placed yesterday afternoon and delivery was agreed for this morning.
The City Sprint driver who arrived was Merquin (NG26) and he couldn't have been more helpful agreeing immediately to carry the product to exactly the spot in the garden we needed it. As pensioners we couldn't have done this ourselves.
Merquin is a credit to his company and both Wickes and City Sprint are to be congratulated for offering prompt and efficient service with a pleasant and helpful delivery driver to complete the job.
Top marks all round!

Sadly the Driver who delivered to me…
Sadly the Driver who delivered to me didn't give me a card with his details on when I asked him I was told "don't do them anymore". However he was prompt, polite, efficient and even moved the heavy cobbles for me so I could get to them better when I asked him. So a big thank you to him very much appreciated. The delivery driver NG34 was polite, friendly and courteous. Asked if he could reverse on to the drive, which was not a problem. Stacked the delivery near the front back door and made sure it was stable before leaving. Well done

Tecent deliveries
