I have been working as a guide with City Unscripted for about a year now, and my experience has been wonderful from the very beginning.

I genuinely love meeting guests from all over the world, and it has been a privilege to share my beloved city with them and help them experience it from a local perspective. Every tour has been unique, and I've met so many kind and interesting people along the way.

Behind the scenes, the management team has always been supportive, approachable, and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. They also provide regular training and helpful resources for guides, which shows their commitment to delivering the best possible experience for both guests and hosts.

I'm grateful to be part of the City Unscripted community and look forward to creating many more memorable experiences together.

Sara was a fantastic guide. She took the time to explain the sites and history of Milan very well. Most of all she made us feel welcome in her city.
It was a pleasure to have a tour that wasn't "run of the mill".
We'd certainly recommend this tour.

We had just a few hours to see Hong Kong before boarding our next flight. After booking the experience our guide contacted us via email to discuss the itinerary.

Our intelligent guide, Alfred, met us inside the terminal next to the luggage storage area. He helped us store our luggage and then we boarded the express train to the City. Since we only had a few hours, he moved quickly so we could see as much as possible. In addition to the main sites such as the Peak, he took us to places we never would have seen on our own (the police station museum,and some fascinating street art, to name two examples). He spoke English well and was very knowledgeable about his native city. Finally, he recommended a high quality dim sum restaurant so we could have a fine meal before heading back to the airport.

Bibi was kind, funny, and helped us maximize our short time in Milan! Her restaurant recommendation was fantastic!

Baoase was an incredible resort, a truly stunning property. Our room was gorgeous. The cleaning & turn down service of the room was perfect. The room & deck were huge and we loved all the details. The overwater cabanas were our favorite!!! The food was delicious. Sadly I can't give the resort 5 stars because of the restaurant/ beach service. My husband had to order coffee 4 times before it finally came. I had the most delicious curry of my life for lunch and asked our server if she could ask the kitchen to make it for my dinner since it was not on the dinner menu. She said NO. We were shocked. My husband figured she was just too lazy to ask the kitchen so we asked another server ( male with blond hair) and he said " yes, of course " with a smile. Then when my curry came she made a snarky remark. Another incident was at the beach restrooms, I walked into a restroom stall and to my surprise a couple employees were huddled into the stall on their phones. We startled each other. I of course was like "oh sorry" they said nothing and just locked the door. They were supposed to be the beach butlers but could not be bothered to do their job. I should mention my husband and I set up our own chaise lounges and when we hit the service button nobody came. Apparently because they were huddled in the restroom on their phones. I would not complain to a manager because I would not want any individual to get in trouble but management should perhaps give their wait staff a review of basic customer service.

Naveen was a wonderful guide, very accommodating showing us Munich and the highlights. We highly recommend hiring him to truly understand the history and city.

My clients absolutely loved this tour. It was the perfect introduction to Florence, providing the historical context and cultural foundation that enriched every immersive experience they enjoyed throughout the rest of their stay.

Good guide--ecellent knowledge

We enjoyed spending time with our guide. She was knowledgable, personable, spoke English well, and shared her city with us.

It was nice to have a private tour at our on pace. We enjoyed Gianmarco.

Our guide was outstanding and he led us to sights in Tokyo that will give us memories for a lifetime.

Great tour with a well versed tour guide. My uncle and I had a great time. Felt like we knew the guide long before we met him! Highly recommend.

Excellent guide and experience. Saw all the highlights of Milan we had hoped to see, and more!

I thought the walking tour was pretty good. The Belgian peacekeepers memorial was very interesting. I did not enjoy the locals shopping dining area as much and I don’t think that the locals really appreciated having us walk through. They looked at us like we just didn’t belong there, the small children were asking for money, and the Restaurant hosts were dying to get us into their restaurants. I also had a little bit of trouble understanding what the tour guide was telling us. I would’ve preferred someone who spoke a little better English.

the guide wanted me to download "what's app" to keep in touch with the a meeting point. I couldn't download it and the tour guide changed the meeting point, so I was late for the tour.

You had a great guy and did a great job with the tour explaining everything

Our host was very knowledgeable about the history of the city, he showed us local favorites, he was very kind and polite, and it was an overall great experience.
