Bought a pool at £399. Assembled it at home and the pool wasn’t holding water in. Contacted the shop and they responded that it was lucky the supplier provides a repair kit. Not good enough, who wants to start repairing a brand new pool at that price that the the kids haven’t even got to play in yet! Not good enough!!

Ordered a three piece set on 8th June from CJC to be delivered in about 3 weeks time, after three weeks i got a call from CJC furniture to say that my order didn’t make it on the truck and wanted to if i still wanted to go ahead to which I said yes and the wait would be about 10 weeks. Then 8th July I got a call from the manager of CJC David and he was apologetic that my initial order was not completed and advised that he had another supplier that could fulfil my order with a matching set throughout the week he kept me informed and a week later I got a call from CJC furniture 17th July that my order would be delivered that day, my sofas arrived in perfect condition, they’re easy to assemble the delivery guy was great and I am very happy with the customer service throughout this whole process! I would definitely recommend them!!!

5 Star Service All The Way Through!

I have ordered few things in my new house from other source and it got delayed weeks so we could not move in time.

It was too late and very short notice but I have tried a few options with no luck until I found CJC.

There were amazing, friendly but more importantly sorted all my orders within days including all deliveries as well so my move in had a happy end eventually.

Thank you for very much guys for all your help and you have certainly saved me this time.

I received delivery of my Texas corner suite Saturday..
It arrived on time and was well packaged to protect it..
The driver was polite friendly and accommodating..
He carried the suite in with minimal help from me and the assembled it.. quickly and efficiently..
I am very happy withe the suite and service..

The young man who took our order was informative, friendly and had a lovely sense of humour. Sofas came a few days later than they should but this was due to unforseen circumstances but was worth the wait. Sofas are lovely and delivery men were great. CJC, well done, would use you again. Thankyou.

It been a pleasure to do business with cjc furniture from the moment we stepped into the shop we was meet by a professional young man who showed us round delivery was agreed for 5 weeks and yesterday 15/04/24 the sofa was delivered a big thank you to the 2 delivery chaps who were very professional and friendly.very pleased with the experience would definitely recommend this shop

What a fantastic service! We really needed our sofa before Christmas and they did everything to deliver it to us by this time. Brilliant and very helpful people. Sofa is lovely and comfy, everything as described. Highly recommend!

I bought a sliding wardrobe for the kids bedroom few years ago and one of the sliders for the door broke, and looked around I couldn’t find a similar one so I went down to them and the person who greeted me was Lisa and I asked her if they would have a same or similar one I can buy, she went and made few calls and came back and said “we have the exact one, if you go down to our warehouse just few 100 yards and collect it my colleague would be waiting with it for you” and it will be free of charge! I was chuffed to bits because it is a beautiful piece of item and I didn’t want it to get rid of it. I would like to send my thanks again to Lisa for helping me and I would recommend anyone to CFC furniture Erdington, it might not be the biggest store but it’s the best around! Thank you.

We've had 3 sofa sets from CJC and they have been top quality every time. The only reason we ever replaced was because we fancied a change! Even our bed was top quality as was the mattress and all furniture looks elegant and high end without the high end price tags. Staff were always friendly and helpful too!

Beautiful and fashion furniture😍🤩 withaffordable price and finance 0% available and the loan was approved in seconds 😀. Great customer services, hence, there was a delay on the deliver date but we were aware beforehand about it and even a compensation was made 😀. We are very pleased with all the team, in store and delivery drivers, very kind and helpful 😀. We are loving the sofa 🛋 specially the kids😊. Thank you. We definitely return again.👍

Really impressed with CJC. We bought some garden furniture. Good price and great delivery service. Good communication as well, they said we would be contacted in 10 days and as soon as contacted it would be a 2 day delivery. I had text message confirmation and pre delivery notification. They were true to their word. Really can’t find fault with our furniture or their service. Thank you.
