I don’t think this company will ever pay traders. Waiting month for payment. They promise 10 working days which is already too long in this industry. Obviously your account is disabled until they pay so basically you are restricted to even make
More money or trade. They recently promoted 48hr payout just for marketing purpose but no of this is true. Really frustrating to have lost my time for them. Unfortunately my patience run out …

If you care about your trading journey, avoid this prop firm. They paid me out once because it was a small payout around 200 bucks and then when I requested the second bigger payout they ghosted me and I have been waiting for months with no response or action or any clarity. They just keep sending users promo emails every few hours to buy challenges and fill their pockets and when it comes to payputs it's crickets. Shame on you Dan Cheung pretending to be a righteous man whilst treating others as junk. Avoid this prop firm and go to reputable ones if you actually know how to trade and expect to be paid out and have self respect.

I heard from a friend about this firm so I wanted follow his lead. About to start trading an account and test my skill hopefully I can reach pay out then will do another review afterwards.

I passed the challenge expecting to be eligible for payouts once funded, but later found out I had to make the same profit target again on the funded account before becoming eligible for a withdrawal. This requirement was not clearly communicated, and I couldn't find it in the FAQ. After spending money on multiple account resets and eventually passing the challenge, I built my funded account to nearly $9,500 in profit before learning I still had to make $10,000 to qualify for a payout, which would come after. The lack of transparency around the payout process was frustrating and ultimately led me to stop using the service.
Also, once you get into the Discord you will be spammed by I think bots to join a paid trading group with Dan. Kind of felt weird, I kept saying no, not right now and 2 min later another message. Only reason I came into the discord was for admin support, because some things are not clearly explained in the FAQ. The second star is because the admin support aren't that bad they will respond, you place a request and they typically get back to you if someone is online, but it doesn't mean they will have the best answer.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY NEED YOUR MONEY.

This company lacks good interpersonal relationship with customers.

I bought an account, went to my dashboard and signed into the account number generated on my dashboard.

A 100k account I traded to 107,000. I got disabled this morning, chatted them this evening, they said the account I have been trading was a duplicate account.

Now, let me tell you in details, the account I traded was 115672, the second account generated was 115673. I never touched the 115673 account, because of course I don't have any business with that account.

They disabled the first account their system generated which is 115672, now they are claiming the first on is a duplicate account. How can your first be a duplicate????

I have asked they move my balance to the account they claim is the one that is ok since it is their fault the system duplicated the account number and considering that I have never touched this second account, they are claiming they can't

So a customer is punished for their system glitch

This is a scam company. They never pay, I waiting 6 months already. Only one response: you need to wait more.
You will lose your money, never use them!!!

They remove the accounts from u for no reason. One weird reason is they "detected a duplicate account" and they just remove it from u (?) for no reason, the account is not even breached. Very weird people in staff aswell, shitty broken website, a whole ass scam, do not buy there

I have been wanting to trade with this propfirm since last year and today they made that possible for me, I won a 10k account from them today just by participating in a game on their discord channel. Im so happy, I will post another review if I trade and get a payout from them

They are cheaper than any prop firm I've seen, and the support team is amazing and tries to work quickly to solve any issues. Certainly would recommend this firm, was given an estimated 10 day wait on my first payout, only to receive it in full after only 2 days

Recuperar mi capital se convirtió en una experiencia extremadamente frustrante. Me topé con obstáculos de verificación inesperados y requisitos poco claros que nunca se me habían comunicado de antemano. Cada intento de realizar un pago se topaba con retrasos inexplicables, rechazos o cambios de las condiciones en el último momento. Para empeorar las cosas, el servicio de atención al cliente fue inútil solo ofrecía respuestas lentas y genéricas que no aportaban ninguna solución concreta.

Su equipo actuó con la rapidez y la determinación de las que carecía la plataforma, trabajando de forma sistemática en el caso hasta que se recuperó la totalidad de mi saldo.
Un diseño elegante y la facilidad para realizar ingresos pueden ocultar fácilmente un funcionamiento engañoso. Si una plataforma oculta sus condiciones de retirada o exige comisiones inesperadas para liberar tu dinero, rompe toda relación con ella de inmediato.

horrible, i waited almost 2 months now, waiting for the payouti waited till now to say this. they just told me to be patient. i have never been on a firm that has taken this long to pay out. i have more then 10 accounts with them already that has failed. now still waiting for the payout. i don't dare to buy anymore from them. if you guys are looking for strong firm and quick firm to pay out. definately not CK funded. also take note, if you guys choose by weekly payouts, it wont' be a time you can just submit the request, they actually give you a date when you can request, if you miss that day. you need to wait for the next time to request the pay out, it can be weeks. then after you request, then you gotta wait again for them to process etc. this the first time in all prop history after so many years in this prop industry have i experienced this. also take note on their payout amounts, its all very small amounts. it makes me curious why is that. i've been paid out 10-20x much bigger then their average payouts on other firms with no problems. this is really not acceptable.

Time out after time out since almost a year now!

I have made few thousands of dollars on my challenge, requested a paiment almost a year ago, but CK did never deliver, se are many who still didnt got paid, and most of us have 5figures paiment requests. CK strategy is to pay very small p youts such 100-300$ for marketing reasons, and most of them are people we are not used to see... We are active in the funded chat groupe since more than a year, so we know who are the real traders

CK lies a lot about everything, they shut down who ever speaks about the reality of the situation and say the truth
