I just found my adopted daughter after 45 years. I am all IRISH and wanted her to have a little Irish...SO the claddagh ring was the perfect gift....our reunion with my huge family & hers was AMAZING..thank you Lord

Never received a receipt or tracking number. I paid extra for fast shipping and almost a month after supposedly shipping it, I still have not received it.

Stuart is very good at responding back to the changes in the order. The rings are very well built as well.

I placed an order for one ring and received the wrong product. I submitted an email and within 24 hours had a response apologizing for the mistake and letting me know that the correct item would be shipped that day, for no additional fee even though I was allowed to keep the wrong order. Both rings are excellent quality, and the one I ordered matches the description the website.

We ordered a ring for our first daughter as she left for college in August of '22. It was a last-minute purchase, and the ring arrived on time as promised. My daughter loved the ring and wears it proudly. It was just as pictured and described on the web site. We highly recommend Claddagh Rings!

Two things that could improve the experience - The ring was delivered in a little fabric sack. I ring box would have been preferred. Also, we would have liked to have the ring engraved. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see that option.

I bought two rings. One for me and another for a very very good friend. My friend is 9 yrs old and I am 66 yrs old. She wanted a ring and I thought it would be nice to get us both a claddagh ring to symbolize the fact that I will always be in her corner to mentor her. She is thrilled with the ring and likes that it symbolizes or mentor/mentee bond.

The ring that wasn't. I work in an austere environment and due to recent events it was challenging for Claddagh Rings to fill my order. Stuart was amazing throughout the entire transaction. In today's global economy many businesses have lost that personal touch that made doing business either a pleasure or a pain. I can say without reservation that Claddagh Rings is one of those company's that make doing business a pleasure. Once I am back in civilization I will undoubtedly submit a new order. Thank you.

The men's silver & gold Claddagh ring I ordered for my husband for our 40th wedding anniversary is all I expected it would be and more. Many thanks to Stuart who expertly looked after my order even when I inadvertently ordered the same ring twice. After notifying Stuart of my error he quickly reversed the charge on my card for the second ring. We had the most amazing trip to Ireland in 2019. My husband purchased a Claddagh ring for me in Connemara and I wanted him to also have a reminder of our time spent together in Ireland. Thank you Claddagh Rings!

Not sure how to revise my review, but after receiving only one ring when I ordered two, the company leadership reached out to me and sent me the second ring. Both my daughters love the rings. They are beautiful and very well made. I would like to find a way to remove my poor review, as they fixed the issue and made my girls happy!

Needed quick service - paid extra to ensure that my purchase was on time - they underpromised and overdelivered. Good on them. I'll do business with them anytime...
