Bună ziua,
Nemulțumirea dumneavoastră este nejustificată în raport cu realitatea juridică a cazului. Compensația nu este datorată automat în orice situație, iar în speța dumneavoastră a fost invocat un eveniment de tip bird strike, care constituie, în mod constant, o circumstanță extraordinară.
În acest context, nu noi decidem acordarea compensației, ci exclusiv instanța de judecată, care va analiza dacă, în mod concret, se impune sau nu plata acesteia. Procedura a fost inițiată tocmai pentru a obține această clarificare legală.
Atribuirea întârzierii sau a rezultatului către noi este eronată. Demersurile au fost efectuate corect, transparent și cu bună-credință, iar durata procedurii este determinată de factori independenți de activitatea noastră.
În consecință, nu se poate susține în mod rezonabil că situația ar reprezenta o problemă imputabilă nouă sau că ar exista vreun caracter neconform al serviciului prestat.

The company was very prompt and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Also, they obtained the compansation from wizz air. Wizz still has to send 50 euro but ClaimBee assured us that we will also get that. Very professional and trustworthy company.

Good service
Submission of the claim was simple. It is fairly easy to add children to the claim.
I am currently towards the end of the process, which I estimate will take 1.5-2 months.
ClaimBee managed to secure and transfer most of the money.
Strong points:
- easy claim submission even for families with multiple members
- constant feedback and notifications
- easy money transfer: within the same day or the next day after the banking details are provided

I contacted the ClaimBee team after my flight to Marrakesh was significantly delayed, over 3 hours. The process through ClaimBee was very simple: I filled out the online application with the flight details and uploaded the ticket. From there they took care of everything.
I was regularly informed by email about the status of the application, and after 16 days I received 250 euros in compensation, stress-free.
The service was professional, fast and clear. I recommend it to anyone who is entitled to compensation for delayed or canceled flights. Fast, clear and fair!
