Claim Capital helped us to file an R&D tax credit claim in 2022-23 on a no-win-no-fee basis. This claim application was handled professionally and efficiently. It was awarded by HMRC who subsequently reviewed it and decided it was paid in error and instructed us to return the funds. For over a year through email, messaging and calls to the office number and Max (Director) mobile number - dead silence. No courtesy of a response. I have given a 3 start rating as the first part of the process was good but the company is not interested in repaying their fee. Frustratingly, this sector isn't regulated so choose carefully - I won't be using their services again. If the Director has no professional courtesy and integrity what can you expect of the company itself?

Claim Capital processed our R&D tax claim as promised, showing good professionalism and knowledge. Their service was helpful, and the process was seamless, though it didn’t exceed expectations. While they delivered satisfactory results, the overall experience and outcomes felt average. They’re worth considering if you need support, but I wouldn’t highly praise their services.

This company submitted an application on our behalf for an R&D claim 2 years ago, which was later rejected by HMRC meaning we have had to pay a penalty fee. The company is now ignoring all our communication and have left us with a very sour taste. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking similar services and suggest to look elsewhere. I felt obliged to leave this review to hopefully save someone else the trouble of dealing with them.

One of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have ever faced in the sector. Claim Capital did an R&D claim on our behalf 2 years ago. When HMRC opened a case in order to review the claim, they were unable to justify the validity of the claim back to them causing a penalty charge from HMRC. It has been 6 months I chasing Claim Capital to refund the fee for the claim and they are avoiding honouring their part of the agreement. This is truly disappointing. I would strongly advice people to stay away using the services of Claim Capital.

The team at Claim Capital gave sound advice and strong support during a long and ultimately successful process to establish that hifo.co (a B2B directory and dictionary of services) did indeed "solve a scientific or technological uncertainty" in the field of Taxonomy, and which resulted in a R&D tax credit being issued.
