I would have put zero stars if I could.
I have been waiting for a payout since July 2019 which I still have not received.
This company are harassing me for their payment. When I contact them I get told the cheque is coming and to ignore the payment letters.
At 7.08 am on a Saturday morning I have received an email telling me that I am now being referred to a Debt collection Solicitor.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole.
I am sure that the good reviews are probably wrote by staff.

Today a lady from claim easy phoned me…
Today a lady from claim easy phoned me regarding an outstanding PPI claim. She was very nice, professional and explained about the claim.
At first I was apprehieve because in the past I wasn't happy with the way I was dealt with so this is why i have only given 3 stars. I did receive money which I was grateful for but was told they take 35% but they took 42%. Then lots of phone calls from them, paperwork always going missing and cheques I sent they said they didn't receive. Cost to cancel cheques and make payments over the phone and on-line. Should of this this in the first place. I hope I have a better experience this time but thought since it was over a year ago everything had been sorted.
