I have looked at the comments and negative comments about this company and it did concern me. However, when I had an issue with a claim, a lovely lady called Amy replied to my first e mail within 2 days, then replied straight away to my responses and sorted out the problem. From my experience I cant fault them.

How this company is still in business I will never understand!
I undertook a PPI investigation with them far more than a year ago! After being told it would be all very straightforward and they would deal with everything on my behalf I decided to continue my claim! (Big mistake).
The customer service is none existent, staff are incompetent and don’t record items discussed during conversations! I had to chase the lender myself on various occasions because issues weren’t being resolved!
Claim Eazy continues to pass the buck and all issues are never their fault always the lender!! Any emails or contact was always met with the same pathetic response” we are sorry you find our service inadequate” but never with any improvement or help to show they actually mean this!!
Avoid it’s just not worth it. Claim Eazy want to be paid for a service they just do not provide and they don’t even take responsibility for their lack of action and service when you question it!

Absolutely shocking service from this company! Avoid at all costs!
They keep sending demands for payment in which I am not paying!
I dont know how many times I have written to them or emailed them and never get an replies!
The reason I'm not paying them is because whilst searching through some paperwork I found some evidence that I had been charged PPI. This was the beginning of last year- 2019. The company I wrote to providing the evidence, sent me a refund for the money that was owing to myself. Now this company wrote to me February/March this year-2020 stating that there was a cheque on its way to me. The companies date on letter (to Claim Eazy) was November 2019 stating they had settled with myself. Claim Eazy are now demanding I pay them their costs even though I wrote and sent evidence to the company involved. The didnt claim the money for me I did it on my own accord. I am fed up of either writing or emailing all these details all the time and nobody ever replying!
At this moment in time I am going through a tough time as I've recently lost my father, uncle and 2 friends through this coronavirus. To add to this thats all I'm receiving is either letters or emails demanding payment from Claim Eazy! I cant cope any more as this is mentally abusing me! :(

Length of time to invoice unacceptable
Although I was led to believe the service charge would be 20% it ends up being much more due to tax. Although I except this I do not think that having the payment made in August and waiting until march to send the invoice is acceptable. Why cant this be done within a few weeks. Extremely poor as many would have spent the money.

Scam artists.
Scam! Trying to con us out of money using a letter of authority signed in 2017 for a Argos different company, when the claim was put in in 2019/2020 for Barclays. Absolutely disgusting. They’ve probably scammed thousands of people doing that.

They harass me with phone calls emails and letters. This in spite of the fact that I dismissed their services about 18mths ago. I find it both annoying and distressing. They are clearly unprofessional and untrustworthy and I would recommend that no one use their services
