Poor customer service
I purchased a pair of pleated pants in an XL. There was no size label on the pants nor was there a size on the package. The pants were quite small. I had my goddaughter try them on because she typically wears a size 4. They BARELY fit her. I notified the company. They asked me to send photos of the pants, the packages they came in, and the area where a size tag should be (showing no tag). I did all that, and I also sent a photo of the new pants on top of a pair of size 12 pants to show how small the waist is. Size 12 is typically L or XL. I asked them to send a new pair of the correct size. I also offered to return the pair I did receive. They said they would give me a $16.95 discount on a different pair of pants. (I paid twice that for the pants.) When I responded saying I would prefer that they just send the correct size of the same pants, they asked for more photos with a tape measure. The time they spent arguing with me and asking for more photos must have cost more than the cost of the pants. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? I might understand if these were an expensive pair of pants, but they were quite inexpensive, and the quality wasn't great. I would suggest finding another store so that you actually receive the item you order.

I ordered a dress which did not fit well
I ordered a dress which did not match the description on the website plus the fit was terrible.I contacted them immediately that it did not fit me and I wish to return it. They offered me 10% of the cost and to keep the item.
I contacted them and asked them for a full refund once and a return label to and post back.
I was them offered a 20% refund of the total cost to keep the item as sending it back could cost more than the actual item. I checked the refund policy which states. ‘ Not the right fit? Return within 30 days, hassle-free.‘
This is a scam company who take your money and then offer you 10 or 20% back under the pretence that it will cost you much more to post it back for a full refund.
Imagine how much money they pocket from customers who wish to return items !!

Be careful. Product was a cheap polyester, badly stitched. Returns are NOT hassle free OR free. They want you to pay an international shipping charge which was most of the cost of the $50 item. Had to request three times, as they kept offering 20% refund, then 25%. Dispute finally resolved in my favor.

The boots are really comfortable and it fits perfectly. Runs true to size. They have their size charts available at the page so it's pretty easy to choose the right size for me. So far, I'm loving these boots!

Customer suppport update was really helpful
Got worried for a while when it didn't arrive sooner but thankful for the customer support for giving me update regarding the shipping. They even emailed me how I can contact the carrier to pick up my order because there was an issue with my shipping address. It was my bad, I missed to add my apartment number.

Great overall experience

The biege turned out to be perfect
My first option was white but it was out of stock so I chose beige instead. When it finally came I was kinda thankful the white one was out of stock when I placed my order. Turns out biege boots works so well on all my outfits.
