Wish I had read these before I ordered. It's been 11 days, still no ring I ordered. It's sitting 32 minutes from the city ot needs to be delivered to for 2 days and no one at the company will respond to my emails. They lied and told me ot shipped when it sat for 3 days before I checked on it the first time. Don't waste your energy with this company. Once they have your money, you get no more customer service. Sad

I ordered the hug ring based on their website photo and description but received low quality, light weight and photos didn’t match. I contacted with their customer service but didn’t do anything. Disappointed… will not recommend anyone to buy their poor quality product.

Two days after my below review I had a very nice apologetic email stating they would send the correct ring. Nearly a month later still waiting. Yet ANOTHER empty promise and more disappointment. Sent the same below review direct to their website. Its vetted by a third party and hasnt appeared. Only 5 star reviews on there. Wonder where the other reviews are, probably with our ring. DO NOT TRUST this company

this company is a scam- don't order from them! after payment- no email or text to confirm order.

SCAM!Do not order from this company! I ordered 3 hug rings but due to a change in circumstances emailed to cancel the order.I received an email back saying the order had already been despatched (despite having received no despatch notification) but to return on receipt for a full refund.
4weeks later, I received the order and emailed to return the items but despite numerous emails asking for details of how and where to return have received no response!

I ordered and paid for , 2 rings months ago. I’ve been asked twice to review them but have not received them. Emails from Claritas contain profuse apologies and promises to ship the items yet I have still received nothing and am out of pocket. Their last email asked me to give them 24-48 hours. It has now been 5 days and nothing ! I don’t even want the items now, just my money back but that’s falling on deaf ears. Avoid !
