Cheap Chinese scam, the dress received does not match the picture, delivery was over 3 weeks. Horrible cheap material, the Chinese kids who made this should be embarrassed, clearly not cut out to work for temu or shein.

This company is a scam. If you have purchased from this site, dispute your charge with your bank sooner than later. I did not receive my order and have more than 20 email exchanges with the company to issue another shipment or a refund. It has been two months and still not resolved. They claim it was delivered yet it wasn’t. When the sent me a photo of the delivery, it proves nothing since it wasn’t my house, the package in the photo is too small to have had a pair of shoes inside, the tracking number is bogus. Don’t waste your time and money

Terrible experience.
Delivery took over 15 days to arrive, shoes look cheap and badly made and for refund they want me to pay for the costs to send then back to China!

Wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing the item.

If I could score as a negative then I would! My experience echoes all of the above comments, wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering from them.
Exactly as others have experienced- poor quality, poor communication and misleading advertising. Do not buy from them!!

What a s**t company. Do not buy anything from them.
They sell cheap Chinese c**p that is nothing like the sales picture.
They say they will refund but they do not - they will send you the same item again and you have to pay for the privilege - I responded straight away and said ‘no thanks’ to their resolution and STILL they won’t refund my money.
They are a nasty, cheap Chinese company who just cheat us out of our money.
Apparently they don’t like me using words of truth s**t and c**p so hopefully my ** will have the desired effect.

its unfortunate that you cannot give a zero star rating. The compaany makes out that it is in LONDON uk. This company has clearly stolen its pictures from a reputable site. They STOLE my money then told me I have to pay the return the item.... TO CHINA, this is not mentioned on the webisite DO NOT order from here, they are taking your money for RUBBISH very poorly sewn copies of clothing.

Do nit buy from this company, I sent for a returns form , after receiving a very disappointing dress which I ordered . The dress was nothing like I had ordered , but after waiting for two weeks , still not received the returns form , and then read the reviews on Trust Pilot , I feel I have been scammed by this company . Be warned , as I don’t buy from Facebook companies .i didn’t realise returns meant , returning them to China ……

They infer they are from the UK but are from China if you can work out the refund process (very complicated) you can be lucky and get refund
You have to pay duty as well as postage
Also I found items skimpy but thankfully after spending a lot of time got my refund
Be determined

I would never buy anything from this company it’s a scam. I order a dress when it finally arrived it was nothing like the dress I ordered no tags and tatty packaging. I was told I had to pay between £10 and £12.50 to return it back to china. Never got a refund. I’ve learnt to always check before you buy.

do NOT order anything from this company. Like other people I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have paid £93 for 3 items which look stunning in the photographs. Non of them resemble the photos, these items were advertised as reduced from £80 approx to half price. They look beautiful on the photos. I cannot understand how these evil people are allowed to advertise in the UK, also cant understand how they can purport to be 'Clarksons of London', there is no such company. To return good they ask for photographs of the labels in the garments. THE CHEAP RUBBISH GARMENTS HAVE NO LABELS. There are no return documents included in parcel. You cannot get in touch with them . Then you are responsible for the cost of returning them to China. Absolute SCAM, Please do not order from this so called company. Is there not a system whereby this so called company can be STOPPED from trading in this country..Trading Standards!!.. I am beyond angry, ashamed for being scammed, and frustrated. thank you for reading this.

They imply they are London based but returns must be sent to China albeit having a return address on the delivery label to Southall) customer to pay not only postage (between £9-£25 ) and customs duty! It would be more than the item of clothing. Awful company. Never again. Realised I was dealing with AI

Would give 0 stars if possible! I ordered a pair of sandals, advertised as giving orthopedic support. When I read their returns policy (i.e. paid for by customer and sent to China even though they call themselves Clarkson London), I became suspicious. So I read their shipping policy. It states orders are processed within 1 to 3 days and can be cancelled within 12 hours for a full refund. So the moment I received order confirmation I cancelled, precisely 9 minutes later (I have the emails to prove that). Never heard anything until about 2 weeks later when I received the most crappy pair of sandals on the planet. I was in touch with them straight away, demanding a full refund as I had stuck to their cancellation policy. Of course this time I did get a reply, pointing out their returns policy. Anyway, to cut a very long story short, after numerous email exchanges going over the same stuff again and again, I got nowhere. I have now been in touch with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

My biggest regret is that I didn't do due diligence and check this company out. I bought a dress on line (ad on Facebook) and the article sent to me bore no resemblance whatsoever - entirely wrongly sized and made from the most shoddy material imaginable. I am beyond furious with this company - any attempt to contact them is ignored of course and the whole experience was disgraceful. They should be dealt with by the proper authorities and prevented from trading.

I don't want to give this dreadful Company even one star. I had to do that in order to move on to my review. They do not deserve any stars. I wish I had researched them before ordering. I cannot return this tacky jacket they have sent, only to CHINA, of all places at an astronomical price, which they do not refund, nor the price I paid for this cheap garment. Do NOT buy anything from these thieving people. Surely someone can report them to our Trading and Standards here in the UK. Lesson learned for me I'm afraid.

I ordered a couple of items and within 2 hours cancelled the order by email as I read the horrendous reviews . To be fair to the company they refunded my money . However their advertising is very misleading.

I'm trying to return an ill sized item I ordered from zclarksins of Lobdon ha ha. Should be struck off the planet disgusting. Return to China at own cost. No telephone contact just list nearly £40 don't hold my breath for any contact. Label says return to Southall UB2 5LF so the cd probably sell it again. I'm obviously very silly aren't I. Don't touch them

The only positive thing that came out of my sorry mess of shopping with this so called 'London' aka eh-em 'China' based company was the lesson I learnt. NEVER EVER order goods after a glass of wine in an evening when you're scrolling through Instagram adverts. Always check the legitimacy of the company beforehand. The people I feel sorry for is actually not us, the suckers that buy this rubbish, is the poor exhausted workforce in China that work godawful hours churning out these substandard products for an absolute pittance of a pay. Tragic 😥

Please read reviews before ordering, I stupidly didnt. Cheap quality products from China, £35 for sweatshirt (allegedly half price!!!) can buy on Shein for less than £12. DO NOT BUY
