Clark & Rose (Removals) Limited Reviews

Five stars well deserved!!
From house survey to the end of our move we cannot fault Clark & Rose. Sean and his team together with Steve moved us out one day and in the following day. They all introduced themselves (which was noted and appreciated). They worked so hard but was able to have a laugh and a joke along the way and very much worked as a team!! Highly recommend

Team of three arrived when they arranged. Loaded up vans with no fuss and with care. Very professional team. Very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend Clark & Rose based on our experience.

Made the moving so easy using Clark and Rose, from booking via the office and then to on the date, everything was faultless. Would have no hesitation in recommending Clark and Rose to anyone. Excellent service and fantastic staff.

We had a very small number of personal items that needed to be transported across the world, Clark and Rose made it all happen with ease. We had already returned to our country, when they picked up our items, they advised us that they would need to repack everything, we couldn't have asked for better service, nothing was too much trouble. They kept in contact, handing us on to their chosen pickup and delivery company, meaning we had no worries, everything just happened and our loved goods arrived in excellent condition. Thank you.

Great service, great communications, superb from start to finish!

We used Clark & Rose and were very pleased with the service. The process was straight forward and they acted professionally throughout. They made sure everything was explained to use and wrapped all our belongings to help protect them during the move. I would recommend.

The team of guys doing the packing and moving were super helpful very can do, professional and empathetic to the fact that the move was a big deal for me and so stressful leaving a home of 25 years . The team did everything they could to reduce the stress levels for me and I would absolutely recommend based on my experience. Thank you .

Efficient, professional, friendly and polite service from start to finish.

From start to finish the service provided by Clark and Rose Biggleswade was outstanding. From my Survey with Tom who answered all my questions and explained how the removal day would run to the office staff who were professional and helpful whenever I needed them to put my mind at rest with silly questions I had. Chris the Manager planned the day well, he even adjusted the start time to accommodate my needs. Which worked out perfectly. The guys on the day were all friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Even in the heat it didn't stop them working hard. Normally, a move day can be stressful but this one wasn't. I am so happy I chose Clark and Rose in Biggleswade. I recommend them to all my friends and family now.

We had a smooth experience with Clark & Rose from the responsive and helpful staff at the office to the hard working delivery crew on site. We highly recommend using their services.

Excellent overall Emily has outstanding attention to detail and her communications are fast, accurate and highly-professional.

The crew that did the move were top level too,

Highly recommend Clark & Rose

Hello,
we would like to say that overall, we were very happy with how the move went, both at departure and upon arrival. The staff was particularly nice and helpful.

The only significant downside was the reassembly of some of the bicycles and two beds.

Bike reassembly was unfortunately done poorly — some parts, including the pedals/crankset, were fitted incorrectly. As a result, we are taking the bikes to a repair shop, which is causing us additional costs.

We also noticed that some of the beds had been assembled the wrong way around, but we corrected it ourselves.

That said, aside from these issues, our overall experience was very positive, and we were very pleased with the moving service.

Thank you again.

Kind regards,
The Laudet family

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Veronica explained the process and made our options very clear. The paperwork was emailed promptly and when the contract was completed, Lynn took over.
She went above and beyond, not only answering all my extra questions, and giving me advice on completing the forms, but also offering me words of encouragement to help me stay calm at such a stressful time.
The van arrived on time and Keegan and Glenn were extremely efficient, professional and friendly.
I had to change the delivery address, and this was also dealt with promptly with no problems.
I cannot recommend Clark and Rose and its wonderful staff highly enough.

Whole team focused on the customer. Very professional, helpful, careful, clean, tidy. Well packed, nothing broken and at a competitive price. Would recommend to others on a local or a cross country move like ours.

They turned up on time- were quick and efficient and left - it was all very easy

Excellent communications throughout. Very good quality materials/methods (no breakages despite a move into storage and back out again). Packers were thoughtful and super easy to talk with, as well as speedy.

Friendly, efficient and on time.

Nothing was too much trouble during the offloading process.

Everything went really smoothly with our move and we couldn’t have been happier with the service from Clark & Rose.

Chris and Brad were both fantastic and really went above and beyond, despite having some incredibly heavy boxes to carry up to the second floor! They were friendly, professional and did such a great job. Everything arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t believe how quickly they managed to get it all done. They were genuinely a pleasure to have helping us with our move.

We’ve been incredibly pleased with the service Clark & Rose have provided throughout the whole experience. Everything has felt well organised and straightforward from start to finish.

A special thank you to Lynn as well for everything you did to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We really appreciate it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clark & Rose.
