Good value, good service. Young Mya (sorry if name spelled wrong) was spinning like a whirlwind, and the manager was patient and supportive of her younger colleagues.

Mya and the staff in Clarks belfast were really enthusiastic and helped us get out daughter's first pair of shoes.

During my visit today the member of staff Angela was very professional, Her knowledge of the products available was outstanding and she met all my expectations.

I was in getting my baby girl her first walker shoes and wasn’t sure of her size, Paul approached me and offered assistance in finding the right shoes for her. He measured her little feet and was very good with her. He brought out a gorgeous little pair of navy patent shoes which ended up being on sale. I left a very happy customer. Thank you Paul

Called in today and was served by Rhys. He was very attentive and answered everything in a polite and courteous way. He was very patient especially as I had him running back and forth to the storeroom for different sizes and styles. Rhys is the type of person that would make me want go back to the shop and recommend to others. Well done Rhys for making my experience memorable, you are a credit to Clarks.

I visited your Clarks store in Belfast City Centre to get my son’s feet measured and to buy his first pair of shoes.

The welcome we got when we entered the store was so heart warming. The assistant Rhys asked what my son’s name was and was so friendly talking away to myself and my son.

Originally wanted to buy one pair of shoes and ended up with two.

The staff and customer service I received that day was 10/10! I will definitely be returning to this store soon to get more shoes….even for myself next time!

I want in for a browse today to the Belfast city centre store and ended up walking out in a brand new pair of shoes. I was seriously shocked at how pleasant and professional all the staff were in the shop, in particular the shop manager and my sales assistant Jenny K. Jenny K was just so helpful; generous with her time and engaging in her guidance and I left feeling that it was a real positive shopping experience. Thank you all

We visited the Belfast Clarks store at the weekend and had an absolute gem of an experience, thanks entirely to Jenny. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect fit, making our first ever Clarks purchase feel special rather than just a transaction. The kind of service that's rare these days. Jenny is a real credit to the store and deserves serious recognition. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in Belfast!

The staff were very helpful in guiding me for sizes and styles for what I wanted.
Things got busier while I was there so there were some delays and confusion in who was asisting me, but everyone was lovely.

Buying school shoes for a teenager is never that much fun, but Angela at the city centre branch of Clarks in Belfast was very relatable. She spoke well with our teenager and helped greatly in picking a good style of shoes that everyone was happy with. Thank you very much
