I was very pleased with the service I received. I have arthritis in my feet and so I find buying suitable shoes often a difficult process. Daniel was really helpful and patient with me, giving me suggestions and discussing some of the more technical aspects of the shoes with me (like the heel-to-toe drop) which are important for my condition. I came away very pleased with my purchase and will likely be wearing these shoes to my own wedding next year. I was pretty worried I'd not be able to find something that was pain free but with Daniel's help I'm feeling very happy with the shoes I bought! Thanks!

I went to buy a pair of shoes. I asked to try two different styles. She complained that one pair was upstairs and one pair downstairs. I asked to try on three different sizes so she complained.

In response to Clark's reply below I did contact the customer care and was replied to by a badly-trained bot (that's the positive assumption; if it was a human they treated me like a moron) which just heightened the feeling of Clark's not caring. Shabby service, shabby customer service.

I genuinely fear taking my 2 year old to shoe fittings because nothing short of screen time and food bribery will usually get him to sit long and still enough. However we had a FANTASTIC experience just over a week ago in this store with Anna. She knew exactly what to say to get my 2 year old on board with choosing and trying on shoes and we left with a fantastic new pair he loves. I would genuinely consider travelling an hour every time to go to this shop for his shoe fittings! Thanks so much Anna!

I ordered some boots online and had them delivered to my local store. The service was very efficient. I was kept informed via email of details of my order.

Good customer service on store when I went in to return the shoes. Unfortunately they were too narrow and the style didn’t come with a wide fit option otherwise I’d have changed them. The colour was fab

My recent purchase of Boots has made me very happy, fit like gloves.

My feet are wide and it is hard to find right shoes for them. The staff at the store were quite supportive and attending.

Soraya was just the most brilliant and helpful assistant in finding me sizes for my French grandchildren. As she was French and I FaceTimed my daughter who is fluent in French it was as such a great experience for us all. Nothing was too much trouble and every box in their two sizes of 7G and 11 G were brought out to be looked at and advised upon. I chose & bought 4 pairs. Sent of to France the next day but … still waiting for them to arrive.
